We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

A few potholes, but nothing major; ceiling light didn't work, but there were plenty of lamps
Very comfortable and clean with friendly staff and a fantastic view. Pet friendly. A little out of the way, but a great bargain. There's a town nearby for all of your needs.

Door was poorly sealed (room 123). Drafty. Allowed noise and light to enter from parking area. Cramped bathroom. Needs a shelf to store toilet paper, towels. Top of toilet tank is rounded. Things fall off if you place if on top ( ie .shaving kit). Overall the room was ok. Wall colors/ paint was dark gray. Gave gloomy atmosphere. Next time painting is done, use a lighter color paint. Wish there was a night stand on right side of bed ( for eyeglasses, cell phone at night).
Breakfast? I didn't see breakfast.

The building and parking lot are quite rundown. But it was evident they are doing some minor upgrades.
The room was surprisingly acceptable compared to the first opinion of the building as you pull in. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast is not offered. It is not fancy at all. It offers the bare minimum. But for the price it was fine. It was very close to my family reunion. And relatively close to a McDonald's and Walmart. Other than the blow dryer not working, it was ideal for my needs.

The scent of air freshener was a bit strong. This was no a smoking room but ashtray cans were set up just outside the rooms. The airfreshener was used to mask odors I believe. But it was not bad.
The location was perfect. We did not take advantage of breakfast.

Room needs new beds and pillows. Not enough towels for two people to shower. Noisy second floor occupants. Suspect people living in hotel full-time creates an odd vibe.

The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. The parking lot could use a good sweeping off, there was a lot of grit left in the parking lot that we seem to track into the room when we were coming and going.
The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and professional. The attended our every request. The room was perfectly reasonable. Enough space and furnishings. It was very hot while we were visiting and the AC kept us very comfortable and wasn't too loud.

Only one light worked in the room and I had to hold the toilet lever down for a while before it would flush and I sometimes had to flush twice for everything to go down. A little gross I know, but it’s the truth.
The location is great. I liked that the doors to the rooms are outdoors so you don’t have to be in a hallway to get to your room. Also, the front desk is essentially on-call 24/7 residing on site. That was the best part.

Door latch was out of adjustment, causing the door to not seal. This made the outside noise (rain, thunder, other guests) worse than it could have been.
Staff was very friendly. Room looked to be recently renovated and up to date.

All businesses are just trying to survive through this pandemic. I can forgive the problems that they obviously have no control over.
The location is central with an amazing view. There is no breakfast due to COVID. The staff is always helpful and ready to make you as comfortable as possible. The woman who cleans the rooms is always there to accommodate, very thoughtful and does a thorough job.
