눉Air conditioner did not work. Waited 2 hours for a repair only to find out instead we were moving to a different room. We had to move ourselves after we waited 20 minutes for a key to be delivered to us. As one of us is ill and going through the Mayo Clinic I thought the least they could do was help us move our suitcases. Second room, bathroom floor was flooded with over 1/4 inch of water. We mopped it up and finally ended up just laying multiple towels down. Sink would not drain and telephone did now work. Ended up making multiple calls to the desk. They did what they could to reassure us they would make it right. We were to speak to the General Manager in the morning. Were told this she comes in at 7:00. We waited and called, she was not there yet. The person at desk said she would be in at 8:00. She was not.We had a medical appointment at 8:40 and well after 9:00 she called us. She did cancel our reservations for the next two days and said we would be compensated for the first night. Over all was a very bad experience. When one is ill and has so many stresses in their lives the last thing I needed was to have this stress also.
눇Most of the staff was very nice and tried to help us.
