The bed needs a comforter bc 2 sheets doesn't work too well...and the bathroom needs a shelf, I had no where to put shampoo/conditioner, lotion etc...the sink had no cold water, the handle would not budge and the hot water got hot quick, had to use the shower for cold water to rinse my mouth while brushing my teeth.

Location was nice, as well as the size of the facility itself, not a 3 story huge hotel ...and also the 11:00 check out was a nice option.

Attempting a direct contact with the facility was not possible the way you're set up. If info was passed on, the facility didn't notice it.

Was conveniently located to get together with relatives and locate dining spots.

It’s an old very small property that looks a bit sketchy when you drive up. But the owners have worked hard to update it and make it as nice inside as many way more expensive places. Very comfortable bed. Good TV. Nicely decorated. Overall the inside is a pleasant surprise!

Floor was dirty. Needed a desk for computer. Bathroom needed work and updating. No iron for clothes, had to ask twice for one and it was filthy when we got it.

Room was cute. comfy beds. Nice size for two people. Great location to everywhere we needed to go.

There were some random person’s clothes in one of the drawers. Like 3 random pairs of pants so that felt a little unclean. The door didn’t feel very secure. Made me feel the slightest bit insecure in that aspect. The shower handle was backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot but you get the gist of it when you realize it.

Gets the job done. It’s to sleep and that’s pretty much it. Nothing more, nothing less. Everything worked and was pretty okay. All of the expected necessities.

I did not like that our room smelled like someone was smoking in it

The rates were fantastic for the locavķtion! H The manager was so helpful. The buildings are painted in such bright colors. It's refreshing. I love the fact that out our vehicle was just steps away from the front door. The staff was do kind and helpful!

My key kept expiring after 24 hours, and that would require a visit to the office to refresh it. Maid service was twice in four days. This was fine with me, a solo traveler, but it could be problematic with more than one occupant per room. The hot water took a long time to reach the faucet in the morning. A seriously long time. I would have to open the tap for at least 5 minutes until hot water would flow. Once it did, it was great—good pressure and temperature. Having to do this was distressing, given the water shortages in the west. There were occasions when the office was unattended, which I felt was a security risk.

Great location. With usable internet, I was able to stream video without stuttering. A large room with a separate sink and mirror area. The HVAC worked well. The TV was older but was fine with a good selection of channels.

Bed wasn't comfortable. Not enough tp. Needs to have two washcloths and hand towels. TV remote didn't work very well.

Loud car wash station next to the room. But a fluke and is probably not a normal occurrence.

Nice place to stay in a pinch, comfortable beds and great shower/bathroom. Free wifi and coin laundry was a plus! Thanks for a stay in a pinch

No hot water for shower or shaving; tv did not work upon arrival, employee had to come to room to fix tv, batteries in tv remote needed replacing - would not operate tv from a distance greater than 1 foot; clock was broken and needed to be replaced with a new one; check in was difficult as door bell did not elicit a response from staff, a bell on the counter was needed to be rung several times before a desk clerk appeared

One worker banged on my door and barged in, well chain was on so he could not get in. He wanted to know if I was paying for another day when I had a week in a half left before I checked out. He said he had the wrong room and apologized later that day. How long before I see any of the $150 refund?
