The room and facility could use a facelift. The microwave tray didn't spin any longer. The heater only worked on one setting. And it seemed like you could hear a lot what was going on around you.

Complimentary breakfast. A variety of choices that vary a little from day to day. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, fruits, cereals, toast, coffee; not the continental kind with just fruit and granola. Soaps, lotion, coffee in the room, along with frig and microwave. The place is OK if you just want a place to stay.

Carpet needed cleaning. I was thankful for having my flip-flops along as there were several sticky spots on the floor. Outside areas could use some attention.

Comfortable bed, good shower and a plus that the sink was separate to the toilet and shower. Very good breakfast with varied choices.

Wasn’t aware rooms aren’t touched up during multi-day stays. Seems code enforcement would tag the light switch on the shower tile!

Refrigerator door didn't shut all the way, bathroom sink was slow to drain, ice machine right outside our room was noisy all night with people using it, car doing donuts in the road twice at 2:30 and 3:00 am was annoying which is not the motels fault.

Pet friendly room was good. No worry about carpet, had vinyl plank flooring.

Room was very pleasant and comfortable. Room and facility was clean. Laundry room on premises was handy (if pricey), tho 3 out of 5 washers were out of order. Excellent breakfast included. There’s a bunch of restaurants and stores within close driving distance, plus a couple restaurants you can walk to, but overall vibe is suburban sprawl.

Stair on closest staircase to room is uneven/tiltled. Needs repair urgently. Injury accident likely to occur.

The out door corridors and stairwells were dirty and unkept. Not all the ice machines were operating. The front desk clerk although efficient, did not once smile on arrival or departure. Nor ask how are stay was when we checked out.

The guest room was clean, the breakfast and breakfast staff were very nice. There is no where to sit in the lobby, once breakfast is closed, they block off the room where one could possible find a chair.

Toilet got plugged. Staff was very rude. I booked through booking.com but the hotel charged my credit card and charged it a second time at check in for the $50 deposit. Upon leaving I asked for a receipt as it was a business trip and they said that since I booked through a 3rd party, they couldn’t give me a receipt. I explained that my card said it was charged by their hotel so why can’t they give me a receipt. They said that next time if I want a receipt to book directly through the hotel because booking.com gets a percentage and basically to punish their customers they don’t offer receipts. She was genuinely upset that I had used booking to make my reservation. She eventually emailed me a receipt after I complained. I will never stay there again!! I’ve used booking for years and every hotel has given me a receipt. If they don’t want me to book through booking then they shouldn’t offer rooms through them. And fix your damn toilets!! Also very small dining room for breakfast. It was so packed full of people in a tiny room, I skipped it.

Very close to 101 and traffic was quite loud. Pillows were not very comfortable (small and thick).

Had all we needed for our one night stop on our road trip. Clean room, comfortable beds, good shower and friendly staff. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was good (exceeded our low expectations).

When I first went to my room, neither of the card keys worked. I returned to the office and they did something on the computer. Then my keys worked. But later on, I would have to scan my key several times before the green light would come on allowing me entry to my room. Also, there was no convenient place to sit to watch the TV. Yes, I could have sat on the sofa, but then I would need to turn up the volume, and it was late at night and I didn't want to disturb other guests.

The area was a little smelly, like a Stockard, but it didn't impact the room.

Comfy bed. Good in room AC. The included breakfast was good with fresh pancakes and waffles served alongside cold options. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Good location with all sorts of restaurants and a costco nearby
