wasn’t clean, no extra linens when needed, and window needed replaced. which made traffic extremely loins n didn’t sleep for 2 days. I’m and the air unit had to be on freezing to actually be cold

• The lady at the front desk was rude. She didnt want to accept my card because she said I was too young to have a card like that and bank with who I bank with • People trying to sell drugs and people trying to buy sex • No breakfast as advertised

The maids didn’t clean the room that I was given a key to, so I had to go back downstairs and get another room, but the key wouldn’t work for that room. Very inconvenient. I had to go to the lobby 3 times before I could even get into my room.

I didn't like that I got the King Deluxe Suite with a kitchenette and the sofa was worn and the tv and phone did not work. I've never stayed at a dirty red roof inn before so I was kind of disappointed.

I looked that the rep that night tried to make sure that I got another room. I think her name was Jenna or Jessica, but nonetheless she had great customer service

Hallways were very hot and musty. Hot water in the shower took forever to heat up. Outlets did not work beside the bed. When we arrived back to our room from midnight there was a lot of people walking around outside. We were on the 3rd floor and didn’t see anyone down the hall at all. Bring your own soap!

Room was small and comfy. Perfect for someone just looking for somewhere to lay their head down at night.

Staff rude and they make you feel uncomfortable like you paying your money too stay in a prison setting they rooms are over priced and filthy.

The only thing I liked about it was the price but there was a catch to the price I made a new reservation when it was time to check out I made a new reservation to extend my stay and I was hit with a $20 late fee because I did not pay before 11:00 a.m. and was told that I had to check out the next day I was not able to extend my stay anymore after talking to the front desk and telling them that I was going to need to extend my stay for at least one more day I made another reservation and went to pay but because the machine only let you swipe your car twice first time she ended in the wrong amount so that was one swipe that was wrong the second time the machine wasn't working right so that was the second swipe and I was not able to pay so I was told that I would have to leave the very next day after getting told I was going to leave the very next day they told me I had 10 minutes to move out of my room or they were going to call the police not even 5 minutes after I was told to move out the police showed up at my door telling me I was going to get a ticket for stealing a whole day's worth of their rent.

I was in a smoke free room that smelled like Cigarettes and alcohol. Had to sleep with the lights on, in hopes of the roaches wouldn’t crawl on me. I would of went somewhere else but money comes out of account instantly when companies need it and takes days to refund. Would of been without a room with no money to get another one at that moment

Trouble stay! Staff and Managers ( Angie) are very rude and impolite, Don’t have any manner of hospitality. Damaged furnitures, cockroaches and bed bugs in the rooms.
