The air conditioning did not work as it should and was noisy. That would need to be addressed. And more electrical sockets around the bed.

Excellent location, close to the centre and the harbour. Tucked away in a side street, with private parking and a pool in the middle of the property. The houses are older but well maintained. And clean.

Everything was perfect. Would have liked a Keurig for coffee in the morning, but I found a coffee shop within walking distance.

The location was absolutely perfect and close to all major points of interest. The villa was spacious and provided all needed amenities. The balcony overlooking the pool was beautiful and relaxing. The property was secure with gate codes to enter.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved it. Got check in instructions and parking instructions way ahead of time, so we had no surprises and knew exactly where to go and what to do. The place is beautiful the location is PERFECT, did not use our car once, because you can walk everywhere from here. Did not even have to go to the front desk when checking in, just went straight to our condo and used the code given. We arrived early, and they were so accommodating. Allowed us to park our car way before check in and texted us as soon as the place was ready. This will be out regular spot when coming back to Key West.

The house was amazing, a real pleasure to stay in. The location is perfect - close to the main Road for shopping and restaurants, but still in a quiet alley. The host was very nice and helped with organizing a sailing trip for us.

That the pan provided for the oven didn't fit in the oven. Lol. Thankfully, there were three to choose from.

The location is fabulous. The property is well maintained and clean. The communication and staff were excellent. Appreciated the small kitchen and separate bedroom. I look forward to staying there again. Oh, and the pool was warm and so inviting.

The one small issue was parking. Passes assigned may need villa numbers and you park in your marked spot.

The location was wonderful. A small boutique environment. Friendly staff. The suite was clean and the kitchen utensils were plentiful. Little touches that you find in resort hotels.

As some other reviews said, unfortunately the wifi did not work at all for us, so if you're a remote worker wanting to stay here and work a few hours on your vacation, highly advise you find another wifi source. Additionally as another review said for the two bedroom villa that is poolside, we did have these tiny ants appear each night at our trashcan. The staff sent in a bug exterminator the next day, but the ants still returned that night. The windows in the living room are facing the pool offering decreased privacy, but we really didn't mind that too much. The staff also charged me for parking in advance even though we were planning to find free parking around the corner (which there is plenty of). There seems to be a spot for each villa, so it's quite annoying that parking is an additional cost. It should be factored into the price of the rooms.

The location of these villas is impeccable. It's right off the main road on an easy-to-skip-over road, so it remains pretty quiet and clear despite being a stones throw away from Fat Tuesdays. Our two bedroom villa was spacious, and it was wonderful that we could have our dog join us for a small fee. The pool as nice and large and we often had it to ourselves, but made friends with guests who joined! It was easy to text the staff to let them know of any issues, and they were prompt in their response. The cleaning staff that we interacted with were very friendly. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook a good meal and a big fridge to store beverages and food.

The villa could tell stories… it is GORGEOUS. Also, Mai, the receptionist lady upgraded our stay out of nowehere which was a very very unique and kind gesture. It is Pet friendly and has a cool pool area. Very big plus: ++++ THE LOCALS ARE VERY VERY NICE PEOPLE
