They were under renewal so most of the hotel was under construction. The rooms are not clean.

What can they do, it's an old place

It was clean enough, very old and in a questionable area, that's the choices we have to make when we haven't the money to stay in a safer more updatd place. $85 and all I did was sleep and leave for 2 nites. Lots of homeless people around, yelling in the nite, but I was not fearful.

It is just outdated, some of the rooms are carpeted and have a lot stains etc. it’s just a very old building. I know they had problems with bugs in the past hopefully they took care of problem(every 2-3 star hotel in this area has had similar problems, as many guests will have a lower income some may even be homeless. If a someone has the finances they are going to go to the luxury hotels down the street Hilton, Marriott, etc

Large outdated property. Has a courtyard with giant fountain not sure if it works. Has a pool never seen anyone swim. Parking garage is small but usually has a spot. Owned by Asian family who do joy speak English that well. Reasonable with late check out but won’t let you take advantage of them. Room price is the same every day of the week and year. The area is up and coming as it is close to SoFi stadium Hollywood casino where they are building clippers arena and new resort Pachenga

This hotel could be so much better with a fresh coat of paint throughout. No coffee available in the motel but Burger King open at 06:30 and their coffee is ok.

We checked into a room that was not even clean. We called front desk and they gave us another room. Room had a bad smell and dresser had broken drawers and mirror was broken. I would never stay there again

My initial room was given without a fridge or television or telephone without a checkup. Also no breakfast was provided despite having it on their online ads. Swimming pool wasn't open before 10am

I liked that there was a bed and after realizing they hadnt given me a room with a TV or fridge they were willing to change it but only after taking a look. Water was provided.

Very run down . Pool was not open even tho front desk staff indicated it would be open after cleaning. Hotel needs alot of tlc. For the price it definitely was not worth it for how run down the olace is

Room: smelt of smoke; Bug crawled on me while I was sleeping; Basin tap was barely running water; Carpets were stained and sticky; 3 double bedroom I booked was not like the photo - one of the beds was a small pull-out single bed; Facilities could have been better there was no kettle or complimentary coffee in the room; Swimming Pool was green; Front desk evening attendant was not attentively opening the gate when returning back into the Motel.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Lumpy and hard. Scarry people in the neighborhood. A man was showing his male part in the elevator at one point.

The beds were hard and lumpy. The cleaning crew was very nice and provided the things we needed. The personnel were helpful. I like the parking. Safe.

Although the room and lobby seemed clean, all exterior locations (parking garage, hallways, and elevators) are grimy, looking like nothing has been cleaned up for years. Your suitcase on wheels will be rolling over God knows what. It's a shame, because it has a charming, 1970's layout with the open-air courtyards. Neighborhood seems really sketchy, but you park underground, so it's ok.

Good location close to LAX, good price, parking is free and secure, room seemed clean. Balcony overlooking the pool, interior courtyard overlooked by balcony halls on every floor.
