the room has no closet nor actually anywhere to hang clothes from a hanger... strange... it's a motel, so there are often folks sitting in cars right outside your window having a smoke or a toke not the quietest location but it's fine

aunty lives up the hill, so this location is perfect it's also a convenient location in south san francisco at a crossroads near many places to eat or shop

No elevators, especially difficult to carry luggage upstairs. No amenities, toilet malfunction, not 1 set of utensils.

There are no amenities, as well as no elevator. That’s really important for seniors. The toilet malfunctioning barely flushed.

The bed platform is metal , to fall and noisy, the phone did not work! Manager couldn't fix it.

Decorative top of headboard broken, potentially a hazard if children present. Lower drawer in dresser would not close, definite trip or injury hazard (had to put a filled backpack in front to keep it closed). Room was clean but we had to ask for toilet paper. Personal dislike: since no fitted bottom sheet you need to tuck in the sheet all around, not just the bottom.

Owner was rude, made us pay 30 dollars extra to check in early and DID NOT REFUND back all the money when I gave 100 dollar bill.

The room itself was okay. Standard inn style room however room smell of something chemically which is rather off putting. Very noisy due to very close to gas station and definitely not sound proof. Having said that, everything could have been bare able if the service was half decent. No Wifi connection in my room on both MacBook and phone. I had raised this feedback to the front desk staff on duty and he argued this is definitely not his issue. Did absolutely nothing to help and mentioned this is the first complaint in 5 years and surprised that this even happened. I asked for a room move to be closer to the router which he refused. I stated my disappointment but he clearly had no customer service skill nor care. I would have been okay had he at least showed any care or tried to assist. You can get better room with better service elsewhere. I paid £166.5 for tonight which isn’t worth to spend at a place like this. Overpriced for mediocre room with horrendous service. Don’t recommend anyone who wants a little bit of customer services. Stay away.
