You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesHotel a little dated. Staff seemed a bit indifferent. At check in rooms were in my son's name and not mine. We were not together and no crib was provided that I requested. The girl was able to make some changes so at least we were on the same floor. Maintenance people had left for the day so no crib. Thank goodness my son had a portable play crib that they used for my 2 yr old grandson. The hotel said they did not receive my requests for rooms nearby and a crib from Booking.com. The desk person said we should have booked directly in order to convey my requests. Not sure what happened here......
Pool and hot tub were nice. Adequate towels at the pool area. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient for our trip to Santa's Village.
