The first room we got had a loud plumbing noise like a siren. We moved. Second room had ragged torn curtains and turning sink faucet on was difficult. Spectrum was out the one night we stayed there. No TV.

Pool & hot tub were great. Room & bed comfortable. Nice grounds to walk about. Loved the lobby fireplace. Restaurant was pleasant

The pillows aren't overly comfortable, other than that the place is pretty great!

The room was big, the beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were amazing, beautiful views and the restaurant was delicious.

The food was mediocre at best and expensive. I wish we had discovered the deli at the store because the food looked good and lots of variety. Free coffee from 5 AM on was not ready on all 3 days we stayed with no one around to request it. No furniture in the room except an uncomfortable desk chair, we had to request and extra chair. I didn’t appreciate the 40.00 per day pet fee. We visit Klamath Falls about 3 times a year. I don’t think we will stay here again.

We loved the beautiful grounds and lodge. The swimming pool was amazing and the kids had fun. The cleaning staff was on top of everything and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Chalet was not properly setup for guests. Wi-Fi, heating and some electrics not working properly during the stay. Communal area at reception needed more relaxing spaces, felt too cramped and unwelcoming so close to restaurant with no real option to relax.

The ranch itself was great with amenities and restaurants. Ice rink on the ranch was good fun

The room was too warm upon entry, and had to open a window. But the biggest inconvenience was the fact that my mom was staying here and relayed all the info. I wanted to pay for everything and I was able to book the room and pay for that online easily with booking.com, but when I wanted to give them my credit card number, which I did, to pay the dog fee and for breakfast, they wanted me to fill out an authorization form for both payments. I don’t understand why a credit card couldn’t be kept on file and charged for all fees. Even motel 6 does this and a big time resort could not? I didn’t feel comfortable filling out the authorization form so my mom paid the dog fee and breakfast fee (which was pretty exorbitant-$33) because I told her breakfast was taken care of. She did love the breakfast, but I didn’t want her paying anything as money is tight for her. But I thank the staff for making her feel so welcome and have comfortable beds and a warm shower.

The automatic doors were fantastic, especially for the dog. The staff was amazing!! From the desk staff upon entry to the waiter at breakfast, everyone was great and loved on the dog which was great!:)

The place is a bit old fashioned. Since it's quite remote, we expected to have more to do on site, and for the services to be of better quality. The pool seemed a bit unwelcoming, and the restaurant dinner menu wasn't very good.

Good location to explore the area and the staff was very friendly. Very comfortable, beautiful views. It was great to have a playground on site!

The hallway stairs and our room had an odd smell-- sliding covered up musty smell? maybe some kind of odd cleaning product smelll- hard to identify. maybe it is a carpet cleaning smell? The room was neat and nicely appointed. Carpet maybe needs replacement. The bedsheets were a bit stiff- not sure what kind of laundry soap or as if there was starch added or something-- not a huge deal but noticeable.

I like the natural beauty around the hotel location- access to sauna, pool and jacuzzi. Liked the large frig/mini freezor space in the room- great for our icepacks which we carry for back pain so quite essential. Liked having a resaturant /bar on property. Food was adequate. Loved the shower head in the bathroom. :-) Liked having a deck off the room and ability to open the sliding doors to get some fresh air in the room.

The room itself was just ok. There was an opportunity for them to have made the rooms exceptional, but they did not. There could and should have been a balcony or patio. There was not room for a woman to put on makeup, do her hair etc. there was not room to put anything down by the sink in from of the mirror. The lighting in the room itself is inadequate.

the staff at the hotel and the staff at the Ruddy Duck restaurant were exceptional! They are what made the stay so enjoyable. The grounds are wonderful as well!

It’s a bit outside of town and off the main highway. Rooms are getting dated, but it’s still by far the best option if you are in the area.

This was my second time to stop here. By far the best lodging and restaurant within several hours in any direction. There are activities such as golf, tennis… but I was just passing through and didn’t have time to take advantage. Restaurant/bar are great as well, so no need to leave the property once you are there. Not too far from Crater Lake, which is with a side trip.

Usually the kids love the pool but this time the staff scared them by yelling at them for being in the hot tub. Kids love hot tubs, everywhere else we’ve ever stayed (even places with water parks) don’t care if kids are there. They’ve always been really nice but now they’re super strict and the kids didn’t want to be there. Also, every time we eat here the wait staff seem really overworked. Takes forever to be seated, forever to order, to get food, to get bill, to leave. No one to bus tables, etc.

Beautiful, nicely landscaped, lovely little market/deli. Pool and gym are really great. It’s nice to have a restaurant on the property as well.

More help for the front desk and a lot more help for the dinner crew… The only other complaint I have is, the bathroom floor was dirty. No excuse for that. Everything else was ok. The front desk person Jamie was absolutely, a delight!

We didn’t have breakfast. It was crazy the night before trying to have dinner, so, we didn’t even try for breakfast.
