I didn’t like how the room I got was different from the actual picture shown bed was smaller and kitchen was smaller and television overall it was not as stated

The remote didn't work for our tv. Tried to call front desk, but the phone had been unplugged. Finally given a new remote and has to reprogram it. The pillows were awful and offered zero support. One flimsy plastic cup to rinse after brushing teeth. The water tasted awful. Entire building and especially elevator smelled like smoke. Carpet was sticky.

As you walk in the room smelled of smoke. The bed was not too flat and not comfortable at all for me. Two of lamps wouldn’t work and the toilet moves when i go out sit on it.

The inside of the building needs some major sprucing up. Outside looks like its going to be real nice inside until you actually go in. Run down feeling, chipped paint, dirty walls.

First off, there is NO breakfast. There is a small table in lobby where they put coffee and some granola bars on in the morning. Everything was just OK, no sofa so there wasn't anywhere comfortable for 2 people to comfortably sit. Laundry did work well. Paint was chipped and dirty.

The looked clean but moved lodge chased there was women hair tie. The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke lobby smelled like weed and elevator has no air conditioning. It was 105 degrees outside that day so you can imagine the heat inside there

The LITTLE TV it's so low we couldn't see the full screen because our feet would be in the way, not enough electrical outlets, no trash can for the room area, no coffee for the rooms and for real please be honest what you offer as breakfast is nothing but snacks and I felt so disregarded when all the creamer had sugar for the coffee what about people that are diabetics or just want to watch what we eat. Oh and be honest you don't serve breakfast 🙄 you serve snacks for breakfast check out Best Western 😋 Breakfast now the actually serve breakfast.

Some kind of factory noise humming outside had to wear earplugs. Noisy neighbors. Blankets too thin had to double wrap. Bodywash soap bar.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The heater/air conditioner had vents that were dusty and the unit never put out warm air, just room temperature,even though we had it set for 80 degrees. Didn’t have coffee in room.

The beds were extremely hard and caused my hip implant to ache unceasingly. I even bought a foam mattress topper and folded it in half and it still did not help at all.

when I check there was an overnight guys that no idea what he was doing. he didn’t check me in fully so I was unable to used the Internet for the night. also I found hoop Earring in the bed.
