Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaRustic is fun especially when you're in Tombstone. So, the room was great and the staff was even better. The only thing I don't like is that I heard the Sagebrush Inn has a new owner who is renovating all the rooms. The Wayne suite is soon to be renovated. The entire room will be updated. When they are finished I'm sure the room will be grand, but it won't be the same. It won't have the legend aspect.
Sagebrush Inn is a historic place in Tombstone, AZ. John Wayne stayed at this inn every time he made movies in or around Tombstone. Maureen O'Hara also stayed there sometimes. We stayed in the John Wayne room. There is a connecting room. I don't know if it's true, but the legend is that Ms. O'Hara stayed in the connecting room. As for the Wayne room, it was cozy, very comfortable and had a kitchenette. It was a bit small, but that didn't detract from the room. It's only 2 blocks from Allen St which is the main street in Tombstone.

CanadaThere should be a shelf under the mirror, as there are is no counter to place a toothbrush or anything. There are no towel bars near the sink. Could put hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang towels. Also could put a counter below the TV area.
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Nice little shower

United KingdomAs the reception is closed until 4pm there is no opportunity to have your room earlier even if it is ready or not used the previous day. I did have an issue with workmen on the roof at 0720am on my first morning stripping felt which I was not aware of and also could not use the room during the next day due to the noise. I have not downgraded my assessment because of this as it probably only happens every 10 years albeit an annoyance and inconvenience at the time.
The location was perfect for visiting the main street and attractions and there was no passing traffic or persons thus it was quiet but only a couple of blocks from the action

United States of AmericaWe liked the staff, the room was comfortable and quiet, the location was a short walk to restaurants and activities, we only stayed one night but we were impressed by the availability of a fridge/freezer, microwave and common area with a huge grill, fireplace and plenty of outdoor seating. There is also a vending machine with snacks and beverages. I could imagine a family reunion or wedding party staying here. It's very affordable!

United States of AmericaOur room was very cabin-like and comfortable. Lamps all working. Heat was good. There was a coffeemaker and all of that (tea, creamers etc) and the shower had shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Everything was very good considering this is one of the oldest hotels in the state. Our room had a stove and oven and a full-size refrigerator. I'm guessing that if you need pots and pans and other kitchenware, all you need to do is let the office know ahead of time.

Room was rather small. The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable but would have preferred a king.

United States of AmericaCheck in. Sign states if you arrive early, before 4-to leave and come back after 4. Kind of out a little wrinkle in our plans as 4 is a bit late. But we made do and worked around it.
Quaint little property steeped in history. Close to to Allen Street but far enough away to be quiet. Would definitely stay again.

United States of AmericaWe only had one paper coffee cup, we needed 3. Got more from the office. It would be nice to have plastic or maybe even glass cups for use in the bathroom. The ice cube tray in the fridge freezer had space for 6 ice cubes but only 4 were filled.
Large room and large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Large shower. Nicely remodeled. Clean. Plenty of nice thick towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Front and back porch. Large common area with gas fire pit and comfy patio furniture and large barbecue for guests to use.
