We saw whales , and sea lions , so as of views , great,, when it's low tide you can go check out tide pools. walk on the beach as far as you want. you are in the middle of Lincoln city. we dont go anywhere else.

Even though the mattress was comfortable, the pillows were a little too firm for our liking.

Excellent location, the stairway to the beach was a bit steep, but sturdy steps and railings on both sides made it navigable for a 68 and 83-year-old. The location was close to rocks and tide pools when the tide was low.

Helpers at the front desk could have been a bit friendlier, instead of treating me like an inconvenience in their day.

the room had a great little balcony to enjoy the sea air and view of the beach. I appreciated the shelves in the bathroom for my personal items.

Quiet and cozy beachfront location, very clean, and a gorgeous view. Much better than the hotels right on the highway. Very friendly staff. Lincoln City is a great place to relax away a weekend.

One night was too short!

Our new fav for Lincoln City. Great room with fantastic ocean view. Bidet with heated seat! Comfy bed. Kind staff. Close to Kyllos, our fav restaurant. Good coffee. Fresh pastries.

The only downfall was the bottom of the bed is like a metal sheet so if you bump into it it’s really loud.

The beds in the Queen Double room weren't great. However, the King studio bed was fantastic.

The location was secluded not on the Main Street. The view was amazing, it was quiet, very clean, bed was comfortable, the lady at the desk was very nice.

The floors were full of sand. Bring slippers for your room. The bed and pillows are lumpy. Seems as though they keep stuffing it while leaving the old still and we woke up very sore. The fireplace is a great idea! However, don't expect heat or flames from it. Just a hint of light comes out of it, they have it turned way down! If we are having to start paying spring prices, the hotel should also be ready for spring weather. It was a gorgeous weekend and the hotel was full. But no one was on the deck because the fire tables weren't on and the chairs had to be unstacked to use. They list out what they don't have both at booking and during check in, and it's a LONG list!! It doesn't give the warmest feeling or makes me feel they are excited to have guests. No thank yous or enjoy your stays.

The updates look great! The bidet and warmed toilet seat was a nice surprise! The location is great! The deck had some chairs to enjoy the beautiful view with fire tables. However, they didn't have any propane tanks. Great hotel but for the price? It's a little high for what you get.

The parking lot is small, my SUV didn’t really fit in the spots well. They don’t have extras, so if you want more than two pillows, bring your own. It’s okay, it was a great value!

The property is old (I stayed at it as a child 50 years ago) but it’s been well maintained and updated. Toto toilets! Yes please. The location is magical, tide pools just down the steps to the beach. I travel a lot, and these beds were awesome! Ten minute walk to Kyllo’s and 5 minutes to 101 shopping.

The property was clean and accommodating. Access to the beach was extremely convenient. There was a fridge and microwave in the rooms. I brought my dog and the fee was super reasonable - $25. Great location and views from the room.

Breath taking, unobstructed ocean view! The property is right above the beach and has easy access to the beach. Our room looks recently updated, clean, and bright. The bathroom even has a heated toilet seat cover! The bed is comfortable. It doesn’t seem like the place provides breakfast, but the front counter had muffins, oatmeal, coffee, and fruits in the morning that you can grab and go! Would definitely bring family there again!

The TV didn't work the 2nd day and the room lacked a microwave.

The room was setup very nice.. The bed was comfortable and the corner jacuzzi was great. The beauty of the ocean and the gorgeous weather was perfect. The cleaning crew were top notch. Thank you!

The thermostat in our room did not work. Even when we turned it down, our room felt extremely warm. This place does not have an elevator so be forewarned that you are physically able to go up flights of stairs.

The room had an amazing view of the beach. Loved that we were just a few steps away from walking on the beach. The room was spacious and clean. Good value! We appreciated the heated toilet seat and the bidet. We also appreciate the accommodations for pets such as towels to wipe the sand and seawater from your dog. Note that they have a weight limit for dogs (less than 60 lbs) and that certain breeds are not allowed on premises, so check with the hotel before you book.
