The bathroom did not have towels. We had to call for some to be brought up to us. Parking - I had to pay $10 for parking (not disclosed) but not too expensive Room was a little small and people across the way were inconsiderate to others during late hours. Not the hotel's fault, but a lot of homeless people hanging out in front of the hotel. Not a good feeling to come in late in the evening.

No deposit needed. Great front desk service and they accommodated an early check-in for an additional fee which they did disclose. The hotel was centrally located for all our planned events.

The guest were too loud. Too many homeless loitering around the property. I can hear other guest arguing and the staff/ management wouldn’t do anything about. Parking is an extra fee.

No heat, entire building out, waiting for part? Uncomfortable at night, chilly. I was not told this when I checked in, unable to get blanket. Had to request towels (3) times before I got them. The elevator was dirty, crap on the floor, spills, etc.

The rooms are small but they serve our needs for a quick stay in San Diego.

Was last minute stay, so was amazed of the value of the room to book for a friday night till Saturday morning. This location is near our music venue destinations in down town San Diego and has plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Parking in the rear lot made heading downtown more difficult because of all the one-way streets. Hall carpeting was quite stained and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke until we left the windows open.

The location was only a 10-minute walk from the trolley, Little Italy and had easy access from downtown. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we appreciated windows that fully opened. Staff were very friendly. On-site parking was really convenient. Price was more reasonable than other nearby lodging.

We have never stayed somewhere that charges $20 for an early check-in, and to get there 1 hour early to find out this was the case was a bit disappointing. Everywhere that we have ever stayed has either let us check in early due to the room being ready, or not check in early as the room wasn't ready.. This room was literally ready and waiting for us, and it feels to be a bit of a kick in the face to have to pay an extra $20, to get in 1 hour early considering this hotel is already over-priced for what you get. Staff were also a bit unhelpful, and the place had advertised $6 parking on the booking.com ad, however they then charged me $10 for this.. when I questioned that I was told that they were nothing to do with booking.com and that it is $10. I then checked their website to find that it was also advertised as $6 on there.. I know it is only $4, but I was annoyed that they had scammed me and lied to me about it just being an error on booking.com. When I questioned a different staff member about this issue, he refunded me the $4 as he understood my query.

Location was good, close to waterfront park. Shower pressure was good, bed was comfy enough. Though we didn't use them, it is good to have washing facilities available.

Friendly staff, convenient location but not in the main tourist areas. We needed somewhere for parking and it was ideal. There are a couple of decent bars nearby if you only want a short walk. The staff and friendly and helpful. There is a lot of homelessness in the area.

Ermm no tea or coffee but tbh not really that much of an issue as loads of cafes around. One bed but why would you need more than one as a single person anyway?

The location felt a bit uncomfortable with some rougher people wandering the local streets at night. Also, the phone in the room didn’t work and the room was not cleaned daily.
