눉I dont know why its giving a 2.5 rating this is a half star hotel. Pay the extra few dollars for a different hotel. Not worth the price.even if it is a good deal. Money wise. So everything from when we got there to when we left was just a horrible experience. Pulling in to park there were kids as little as 1 running around in parking lot making it impossible to park and People were outside throughout the floors just kinda hanging out. Watching. So u almost didn't want to get anything of your car. Checking in the staff was ok. Atleast they greeted us. When we went in to our room the bed was the only thing like pictured. Our mouth just dropped with how slummy it looked. If thats even a word. But thats what came to mind. Carpets were so badly stained. Furniture was old and scrstch up bad. Paint was peeling off. Just left u speechless there was no sofa just the big empty place where u could clearly see it once was. Trying to get into bathroom was a challenge as the door would hit/rub on toilet had to hold the door half way open reach in raise toilet seat up enough then push thru to get dor to open. The hairdryer was broken in general and was not even attached to wall mount just laying on counter. The dresser drawers were broken so we couldn't put cloth in them. Staples were sticking up. The tv was static every channel.couldn't see or hear a thing. Told staff and was told it would get fixed. Stayed a week and nothing. Only 2 towels in room. Could never find anyone at front desk. There was no do not disturb signs in room so u had no choice but to let them come in. Housekeepers Took used towels everyday and never replaced them. I had to go every day and ask front desk for them. Again it would take hours before someone would bring just 2 towels. The card to get in room would deactivate every time so going to front desk after every outing was a pain.
