We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Furniture and rugs a little rundown and outdated, but everything was clean. I was surprised we were charged for parking, for a-slightly suburban location and huge parking lot thought it should come with the stay.
The staff were very friendly. Coffeemaker in the room was great. The breakfast was excellent. The room was cozy. Nice location by the bay. We were only staying in San Fran area for one night and our stay was a jumping off point for driving to Yosemite. Easy spot to leave the city.

When I checked in I ask for a cab in the morning. It was not there, nor had it been arranged. I was given the impression that would be done. I don't us uber or lyft. I would have called if they had given me a number and told me to. It was 05:45am. The morning staff used the van and drove me, even though I was told that it was out of your delivery area.

The breakfast selection wasn’t exactly what I would like. Besides that it was a decent place to stay.
It was nice easy check in. Nice view with enough parking. They had waffles for breakfast. It seemed pretty clean in the room too.

The WiFi did not work in my room at all. Needs better internet. This was a work trip and had to go to other locations to get internet so I could complete my work.
It was like being by the water and it was cheap enough I will do again.

i’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The rooms are starting to get a bit dated and worn as should be expected. A couple things are really annoying. The first is that in the bathroom, the showers are small, made more of a pain by the placement of the holders for shampoo and body soap being put right where you have the least amount of space. It wasn’t well thought out. The second and even more important thing is is that the parking cost have continually gone up over and over again to the point of as of now they’re $18 a day you’re kind of held captive because there’s just no other place to park in the area like on the street or something, and frankly if they want to charge that much extra money, they should roll it into the price of the room so really, they’re just charging you over 10% of your room cost to park. Ultimately it’s becoming cheaper to say someplace else that’s just as nice that doesn’t have this issue.
The rooms are pretty comfortable here and the staff is excellent

The WiFi, supposedly fast, was utter crap and unusable. I could barely detect the signal from my room, let alone properly use it... Also, I thought that the parking was included with the hotel room. I had to pay 18$ to park my car for one night... That is quite expensive especially since there seem to be a lot of space nearby.
The property and the room is very nice and clean. It also has a very nice bath tube. The staff was nice. The breakfast that is provided was really nice. The area around looks good, located in the Marina, just a few steps away from the Bay, and very close to a few restaurants.

It was safe, clean , and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning complimentary breakfast was far above standard. Plenty of parking was available at $18/ night. Watched flights taking off & landing.

The beds were full size not queen size, so they were smaller than expected. There was some construction going on off the lobby, but I bet it will look great when it's done.
Cute inn on the bay with fabulous sunsets. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious.

Breakfast needs to improve, I stayed with cheaper hotels with better breakfast. At least maybe throw in a little bit of protein like a sausage or even an omelet. The only protein available was a hard-boiled egg.
Location close to the park and some restaurants. There's a heated pool and jacuzzi (thou the jets were not working during the time we stayed, but it was heated, so i still get to enjoy soaking after a very long day). The staff are very nice and it was very easy to check in and out, very attentive to our needs. For the price we got more than we expected. Comfy beds, clean sheets, and towels. We will definitely go back!
