The parking situation was a bit tight. The limited spaces under the building are narrow, so be prepared for some maneuvering. There is additional street parking behind the hotel, but there are not always spaces close by, and I prefer our car onsite.

The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. We loved that the hotel was just across the street from the beach. Speaking of the beach, the hotel provided beach chairs, towels, and even some beach toys, which was a huge convenience. Having a hot tub right in our room was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a day sightseeing. Plus, the rooftop deck offered a view of the ocean and is a great place to relax morning or evening. For breakfast, there's a continental spread available, although it is monitored by staff, so you will have to ask for each item. While the selection might not be extensive, it was a good way to start the day.

The check in process was seamless and the location was excellent. We were on the 3rd floor on an inward facing room which was perfect - it was "just a place to stay". Our car parking was well sign posted and there is plenty of other parking available on the green belt out back. The room facility was typical of a place in this category and although clean, we found a little issue with the bathroom which was gone by the next day. The bed was super comfortable too! I'd happily stay here again.

Not near the centre of Huntington Beach where we wanted to be, but a ten minute bus ride away, or a two hour beach walk.

Near the beach, friendly staff, breakfast in the morning to take up to the rooftop terrace. Coffee tea in the lobby anytime.

Some things seemed a little run down and not as clean as we would have expected. The chair and ottoman in our room looked like it could be cleaned and the lamps were dusty and pretty dingy.

The location was really good, we loved being near the ocean and near family who live in Huntington Beach. The staff were very friendly and nice and the bed was comfortable.

Location is perfect, right on the beach, with parking either under the property or on the adjacent street. Staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful and my room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, a good shower and wifi that was reliable, which is pretty much what i look for! Breakfast is simple but fine, the format avoids waste like in big hotels. I almost don't want to write such a positive review as I would like to keep this a secret so it does not get overbooked for my next stay, but Shaun (property manager) and his team deserve the business!

For some reason Wifi in Room 312 wasn't working, but it was working perfectly on the terrace upstairs where we go most of our work done! There's also Starbucks across the street with good Wifi

We liked: the room, proximity to the beach, pancakes for breakfast. Shaun at the reception was really helpful and welcoming, and even helped us with an adapter for our EU plugs.

The only criticism I have is that the hot water was definitely not hot enough! We asked twice about this and it was never resolved. If not for that one thing, I would rate this hotel a 10 on all accounts.

We LOVED just about everything at this property. The location was excellent - so close to the water, restaurants and sightseeing! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The roof top lounge was great! Excellent coffee and a decent breakfast.

Great Location with a nice Ocean View Room. We ate our breakfast from the table on our Balcony overlooking the Ocean, There is a nice greenway walkway. Friendly Staff. A very high quality comfortable Bed gave a great nights sleep!
