This is no fault of the current ownership, but because the pool is in the courtyard the noise from those in the pool was quite loud. But it was quiet after 10:00 pm.

I enjoyed my suite on the 3rd floor. It was spacious and clean. I also appreciated the bagels, yogurt, and cappuccino for breakfast.

When we checked in, our room number was said out loud which made me felt uncomfortable with my stay. There was also a snicker bar found in one of the drawer.

I loved how close it is to the beach! It’s a 4-5 minute drive. The free breakfast and the comfortable beds were a plus!

Place is very dirty and needs alot of work mainly painting.Staff seems unfriendly and not very in tune to any of your needs.Seems like to me there interested in saving money on anything they can then the property like watered down soap.

The trees outside our room/ window were overgrown and caused for a raccoon or an animal of that type to be on the roof of our room and scare my children as they were fighting in the roof. It startled us all and it was at 5am. Very scary. As it Woke us all up.

The Booking website states that there is a kettle in the room, but there was none. Please, fix this information. For me this was extremely important because my little baby is fed formula milk. The staff did not want to turn on the kettles in the lobby for me. I am also dissatisfied with the breakfast service, because there is almost no food. If you come down later in the morning, you won't see any yoghurts or bagels. In fact, it's just coffee. Thanks for that too.

The female front desk attendant did not respond to my request to get my room re-stocked when I asked her around 2 pm today, and when I returned 5 hours later, I found nothing had been done that I asked, such as restock my bathroom with clean towels, and toiletries, etc, and sweep the floor from dirt that my dog had tracked in from the patio outside when it rained. I called the front desk and got the male front desk person and he promptly helped me with what I needed. One major problem I had was the upstairs guest, who sounded very large and heavy, was stomping around, or walking very loudly back and forth intermittently through out the night, and around 9 pm tonight (Friday) he started doing it again and I couldn't sleep and it was waking my dogs, so I had to check out early. But all in all, the place was pleasant, in a great area, and has friendly, helpful manager/staff.

I loved the room and all of the facilities in it, from the extremely comfortable and soft bed, to the wonderfully large sized TV with many great channels to watch! I also loved the surprisingly large outdoor patio for my 2 young puppies, who enjoyed it immensely. The bathroom was large and very clean but it had unsightly and dangerous looking cracks in the sink, and a large fist-size hole in the bathroom door that should be fixed. I also wondered why there was no towel rack in the bathroom for my clean shower towel; there should be one. Everything was pretty much really great, including the very kind, helpful, and courteous male front desk person who worked with me to meet my needs and make my stay as workable as possible.

We heard everything.. and I mean everything from people in other rooms, or even the room above us. The walls were super thin so we didn't get to sleep in much since the noise was soo loud at 7am. Also, the place had a no smoking policy.. which was fine and we were happy to follow the rules. However we noticed a lot of people were STILL smoking in their rooms/patio. So it was kinda off putting.

The place was really dirty. The curtains and towels had stains. I could not use the heater because none of the buttons worked. Thankfully the blankets were nice. Also i was missing a toilet roll holder?? The rooms could definitely use some more love.

It was honestly worth the money. It was spacious and pretty quiet during my time. There was at least some juice and bagels for breakfast.

The walls are very thin. Anytime somebody turned on water you could hear it in the pipes/walls. We could hear conversations from the rooms around us. Lots of entrances to the room, main front door, sliding glass door, and door to next room.

The pool was open and heated so my children got to enjoy it. The shower was nice and the water pressure was great.

Breakfast was a joke. Coffee, globby jell type orange juice, stale bagels with no butter or cream cheese and no way to toast them. That was it! A $10 charge if you forgot to give back the parking pass (which probably cost .25 cents, staff was friendly in a very basic way.

Location of room (just out the patio door was the grass pet area), entire property fenced in except for the entrance, beds very comfortable, good size pool and lounge chairs.

The line of crappy campers "parked" behind the hotel. No tv remote or toilet paper in our room. Remodeled but done poorly-weird flooring lifting. This hotel is super cheap so you get a ton of 20 year olds partying here.

It was super cheap, they allow dogs and it was pretty clean. Our room had a nice patio!
