The pet fee & price of the room does not match the quality of the place. It was not clean. No toilet paper holder. We had to ask for towels. No info given without asking such as the wifi password. No toiletries.

The parking didn't make sense. One side is free and the other you had to pay. But both sides is the hotels property.

There was ants and bugs all over the bathroom and room and as many times as we tried to get rid of them they would keep coming back. A neighbor also complained of bed bugs.

A/C filter was filthy, dirty, nasty!! Yuck!! No washcloths, or bath mat, freezer needed defrosted, Trash around the building, in grassy area out front. Broken, worn out cabinet in bathroom. I went to dollar store for cleaner to wipe tables, floor, and clean A/C filter. No hangers, or spot to open suitcase. Plastic chairs in room. Rooms outdated, broken, worn furniture. But mattress & pillows comfy Paid extra for pet friendly room, then charged extra per night pet fee on top of that.

Close to beach/ocean. Staff was friendly. Seen a red fox. Bed was comfortable. The tall floor lamp, w no bulb, or shade in corner was good to hold roll of paper towels. Good location. Adequate parking

The building was old, run down, not kept up. It needs TLC and remodeling especially on their off season time to fix up the place. Old and dingy

Was told wifi was phone number, didn't work. A/C was very loud, room had no furniture to sit on other than a bed, only 2 towels, shower head was replaced and new knob doesn't quite fit right and shower is difficult to use, door sign kept blowing off the door, facility had no ice machine

I ordered pet friendly room so assumed price was set accordingly. But upon arrival was charged $25 more per night for the pet.

For the price it was not to standard, the floors were sticky and needed replacing. The bed’s uncomfortable. They say they have Wi-Fi but they do not, a staff member told us it doesn’t work, and that it hasn’t in months. The prices they charge they really should spend some on decor and facilities that they should offer.

Everything. Tv wouldn't work. Loud music next door. Couldn't sleep. Place needs major remodeling. No shampoos. Little PC of soap. No coffee machine. Office Attendant was Non caring . Kinda scary staying there.

Location is good -just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk. The front desk stuff were friendly. The room is clean, the conditioner is not old.

Cleanliness was just not up to par. The bed had stains on it & the towels already had stains on it. Tons of sand in the bed before we even had the opportunity to go anywhere.

You get what you pay for. I always felt dirty going into the hotel room. The tv was broke the first night. They only gave us 2 towels which were stiff and scratchy. There were lamps that were broke. But what do you expect. The staff called me on my way down asking me when we would be arriving and if we were still coming. I did pay for the room so I didnt know I had to communicate when I was going to be there. The guy was also kinda rude. Ive never had to call before to let them know when I was going to arrive. It was all just a bit sketchy.

Still dirty from previous guest, floor wasnt swept there was still sand on the floor , stains on the bed sheets, nobody cleaned the room during our 3 day stay , and hopefully you find close parking cause they charge you $10 a day to park which is ridiculous to pay for parking at a hotel that you paid to stay in

Property had ants in room, a broken light hanging above the bed, chewed gum from previous occupant on top of headboard, a box of rasinettes on top of closet area from previous occupant. Housekeeping and general maintenance seems like it’s not a priority, also was supposed to be ocean view but the room was not.

Location was great very close to beach and places for food.
