I think the toilet space was a little bit too tight. Maybe if you guys can get it to face the door, I think that would be better.

Like many of the reviews say, it was dated could be spruced up. The walls were thin and the blinds did not do a good job of keeping the room dark, but that's just petty stuff. It really wasn't bad if you go expecting a 5 star luxury resort you're going to be disappointed. I don't care because I'm usually not in the room other than to shower and sleep.

The staff at the front desk, she was awesome! The proximity to the beach can't be beat. The freaking ac unit in our room I had to shut it off it got the room so cold! I was calling it the snow cone machine! The bed was surprisingly comfortable!

Well the room is so dated for the price you pay . If your looking for anything modern you will not find it here ! Everything is screaming 70/with a sprinkle of 80’s ,

The proximity to the beach is great ! Low noise area too and Super easy in and out to get to where your doing !!!I must say the room was super clean !!! So that is huge plus !!!!!

It's old and interior is outdated and not overly clean.....you dont get a clean feeling when you pull back comforter/covers and lay down on an older mattress.

This is not a luxury hotel, no breakfast included. Slightly outdated, but again for the price you cannot beat it.

Dog friendly hotels in Dewey Beach are very pricey, so if you are looking for an economical place to stay in the heart of Dewey where you walk literally 1 minute to the beach and in the heart of restaurants and shops, this is by far the place you are looking for. Hotel style, so your car drives right up to your room. Roomy with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and free wifi.

The hotel is certainly dated and has minimal accommodations. It's a low budget hotel and the facilities are not new, but it makes it up with it's location.

It is one of the best location you will find at an affordable rate. It's a short 3 minute walk to the beach, if you are facing the right direction, you can actually see the sea from the hotel.

Fridge was very dirty, shower was not great, one of the double beds was missing a top sheet, no bathroom in the lobby or available before check in, deadbolt didn't work properly.

The towels really need to be upgraded. They were small, thin and very rough. The mattress was acceptable, though quite firm.

This is a well maintained older facility. I always appreciate a small fridge and microwave in the room. I loved the pillows. They were thin, but completely lump free! Perfect for my sensitive neck. Friendly, helpful owners and staff. Wonderful pet friendly place, very short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood, safely walkable, bike friendly area.

Bathroom tub and sink not cleaned. No fitted sheet on bed . 8 pm to midnight workers sawing, hammering on room above us. Had to go tell them to stop, try ing to sleep

The beds were not fully made with a sheet and blanket, so we had to request blankets. The shampoos in the bathroom were empty bottles, which was discovered while showering unfortunately. While the room was very dated, it was clean and comfortable.

We were at the Sea Esta for a long weekend get-away. Excellent location just yards from the beach! Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable, especially for a great location. We will definitely return.
