None of the staff greeted us nor showed any sign of wanting us there. Not a good morning, not a hello nothing. Didn't wanna think anything unnecessary, but it was definitely necessary. I wonder why 🤔

I didn’t like that I had to pay for valet parking! I didn’t like that there was no complimentary breakfast.

The location was great and there were a lot of activities on the premises! Oh and the prime rib dinner OMGEE we really enjoyed that.

The location, in the winter, is a little remote from anything interesting. Supper was disappointing.

My bathroom had curtains when pics have to believe its a stall shower. I could of had the correct bathroom if I took the complimentary upgrade but hotel clerk told me rooms were the same but mine was larger. Wish he would of told me about upgraded bathroom. But that is my only complaint. I would stay again.

Beautiful grounds, easy to find, very close to AC and rooms very spacious with hidden refrigerator.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fireplace on the patio was cozy and welcoming. The decor was super cute throughout the hotel.

Everything was great for a first time stay. Loved the Christmas decorations too! We had Apple Martinis from the hotel bar as well and they were spectacular! Loved the indoor pool and that the hotel was pet friendly. Comfy and cozy rooms, would stay again! 😁

The upgrade to the Parlor Suite was awesome (and appreciated), but the shower/bathroom in the Parlor Suite didn't live up to the rest of the room (seemed outdated).

Our room wasn't quite ready, so we were upgraded to a Parlor Suite. We really appreciated the help from the staff! We were there to attend an event. It was really convenient to walk from our room to the event.

We had an issue with housekeeping, but the manager handled the issue in a professional manner.

The entire resort was fabulous. It is definitely a hidden gem. We plan on visiting again.

I got the buffet the second day and it was just ok because the waffles were dry and not real warm. The hash browns were formed patties but the freshly made omelette was good. I thought the hotel could have had more instructive information or faqs about things like the various dining rooms and their times open and functions. Also, as new golfers there, we didn’t really understand the protocol beforehand ie, where and when to drop off our club bags, etc. It was also not explained to us whether there were other ways to enter/exit our particular hotel area (the hotel is huge). There was no booklet in the room which could have explained so much of the above plus things like local restaurants, etc. The room door got stuck every single time and we had to shove a shoulder into it to get it completely opened. The room itself smelled slightly musty. The hot water took a good 5 minutes to heat up. The shampoo and body wash bottles were tiny for 2 people to share. We had to conserve them, especially since our room hadn’t been cleaned when we returned to it around 3 pm the second day.

The breakfast French toast was excellent from the menu in the main dining room. The main dining room itself was very large, very bright, with lots of windows-a cheery place to start the day. Loved the fact that a carafe of coffee was placed on our table. The coffee was very good. The room we stayed in was renovated in a crisp neutral palette. The bathroom was very clean. The outdoor pool was spacious and pretty, with 2 shallow areas leading to a slightly deeper middle. It had a cute snack bar that offered food items and drinks, including beer and others. The lobby was classically modern, with the names of golfers on the walls. It led into a modern bar, which included an outdoor patio. The exterior of the hotel is gorgeous. Flowers lined various areas. Valet available.
