Restroom was small and had very little counter space. Parking was minimal and there was poor lighting at night.

Great location. Breakfast was simple, but good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Front desk was helpful and happy to give directions.

The air conditioning was very loud. We were constantly turning up the volume on the TV then turning it down when the a/c kicked off. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Note to self to read carefully when booking what the room is like. I obviously missed notations of a room with balcony and view. My bad!

Location is good, but you need a car to access the activities around Sedona. Breakfast provided many options and was well supplied. Lovely outside dining area. I noticed there was a dog exercise area that was well maintained. Also a meditation room and very clean laundry area. I reported an issue with the fridge and it was attended to very quickly.

The heat did not work in the hotel room but the air conditioner did. We had no space in the bathroom to lay items, very small counter spaces. There could have been more tables in the breakfast area for people to be inside.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it is not in the midst of the busy downtown but 10 minutes from everything! We were right across from THUNDER Mountain and it was a gorgeous view! The beds were comfortable, the balcony was nice to have and the price was OK for the size of the room.

Breakfast options could have had some healthier options, but pastries and coffee were good. Pricey, but comparable to similar hotels.

Overpriced for a balcony "on a higher floor" as there are only 3 floors. I paid $200+ more for a balcony room with a mountain view. That is a tiny balcony overlooking the main street. Yes, there is a mountain view.... Just like everything in Sedona. Also Wi-Fi was terrible.

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a fire pit for a relaxing evening with live music from the wine bar next door.

Sounds silly but there’s no ceiling light when you walk in the door. The light switch turned on lights over the bed.

I was expecting a better selection for breakfast. reading the answers to the questions from previous guests, I was under the impression that there would be a better selection. For the price of the room, it was disappointing. The only protein option was boiled eggs. I had to go to Cafe Jose to get a real breakfast.

Loved having a balcony for my little dog. Gorgeous view of the red rocks. Nicely set well back from the road so you don't hear traffic. Quiet overnight. Felt safe.

If you wanted to change room prior to checking in an upgrade fee was issued. It was a room exchange not an upgrade. No fee should have even existed.
