I love the casino in general it feels very cozy was inside and settled. The rooms could be updated but overall the hotel is nice. I also loved that room service was an option and the food was actually good.

IsraelCoffee facilities provided in the room were appalling. Tasteless and odorless. It would have been better not to provide anything at all. Our room wasn’t serviced after the first night.
The room had a fantastic view of the Falls and was spacious and clean. Staff were great. The Three Sisters cafe was excellent and reasonably priced.

CanadaProperty didn’t allow to move check-in date by one date, even though I requested the change well in advance. Booking.com kept directing me back to the property to make the adjustment, and when I called the property, they kept directing me to Booking.com, saying I booked through third party. I ended up paying for an extra night I wasn’t there. Super frustrating!! The property didn’t clean the rooms - which was odd!
Good location, close to the Convention Center, where we had a dance competition. Good selection of restaurants.

MalaysiaWe were surprised to know the bottled water in the room was charged. There was no kettle in the room but it came with tea/coffee maker. I did not check online if these were given because the hotels I booked before usually comes with two bottled water a day and a kettle. We like to drink warm to hot water instead of cold water and a kettle would been helpful for that.
Room was absolutely clean, beds were comfortable to sleep on and towels were clean and neatly arranged. It was a breeze to check in. We were attended by Eric, excellent customer service and the hotel looks amazing. Fantastic location, the falls are walking distance. There are places for coffee and food as you walk towards the amazing (really amazing!) falls.

United States of AmericaThe shower grout was mildewed. There were no water fountains, only tap. And they charged $2 for a plastic bottle of water. The whole lobby and downstairs smells like cigarette smoke. People were smoking cannabis in the hallways. The restaurants inside the hotel are so expensive and 2 of them are closed Wednesday and Thursday.
They gave us joined rooms, so it felt like we had a suite. The beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and decent travel soap. Mini fridges in the room. The pool is small but pretty. 2 public hot tubs. Kids like the mini arcade. Walkable to the falls, Maid of the Mist, the Aquarium (small but nice).

United States of AmericaTo be honest I thought this was in Canada. That was more of an issue with booking.com than anything. It took us about thirty min to get over to Canada at probably the busiest time of the day so not terrible.
The architecture is something I rarely comment on but this resort has beauty that was clearly very thoughtfully done. The rooms are updated and comfortable and I love the convenience of the location

My bed had a sag in the middle.sore back both mornings the refrigerator must be higher had to get on my knee to reach in it. Not enough ventilation in our room we both smoke and no ashtray.
The concert was fun. The view was nice from our window. The food was good. The staff was friendly. The room was fairly inexpensive. Casino had a nice atmosphere with good music playing. The smoking area had good ventilation.the room was cleaner than expected being a smoking room. We will come back

United States of AmericaThe room was cleanish. We had to ask housekeeping for new towels by the 2nd day. Housekeeping didn't come by at all during our stay. The jacuzzi had broken knobs and missing pieces on the jets. For over $200 a night having water damage warping to things not close to the jacuzzi isn't reassuring.
The view was fantastic.
