눉My husband and I were visiting from Oklahoma. We planned on having a relaxing evening. We were woken up at midnight to a lot of partying going on to the room that was right next to ours. Around 2 am two girls started fighting. I called downstairs and the lady was rude to me. She did inform me that security was on their way. The noise lasted until 4:20 am. Last I heard was a girl throwing up. At check out, I went to the front desk and told the young man that I was right next to the party. Told him how we got no sleep. He just apologized and said that he had just gotten there and heard about the party/fight and they had gotten kicked out. That didn't help me any at all. I had also requested a room on a high floor for the view. They gave us the 3rd floor. Again, the manager (who called me) was very apologetic and told me that he didn't know why but this was a good learning experience for his staff as well. The manger that called me gave us a full refund and was very apologetic about our whole experience.
눇I liked the location of the hotel. There was a problem when we stayed and the manager personally called me and fixed the problem (see below).
