I use this hotel at least once or twice a year because of extremely early flights, necessitating leaving the hotel before 5am. BDL airport is absolutely nuts at that time of day--very crowded between 4 and 7am, with long security lines, followed by very few open locations for food/decent coffee, all of which have lines going all the way down the corridor. While there is a coffeemaker in the hotel room, having simple snacks for us early birds to grab before making the trek to the gates would be welcome. (If food that's accessible before 5am does exist somewhere in the hotel, I don't know about it, so maybe it's just a matter of making that information more readily available).

The convenience simply can't be overstated, and if you have a crack-of-dawn flight it's worth the higher price compared to the hotels down on rte 75. You can just walk out of the hotel and go down the corridor to the ticketing and TSA lines. The rooms are clean, the showers have both overhead and hand nozzles, which is great, and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The breakfast is very nice when your plane schedule allows to you actually be at the hotel late enough to have it, and it's very nice to have the Starbucks there.

The only part of this hotel visit that was annoying turned out to be a neighbor who was extremely loud. They woke us up several times with loud phone calls, and or discussions. I finally pounded on the wall and told them to quiet down. That worked for a while, but their loudness continued to disrupt our sleep. Perhaps, we should’ve called the front desk and ask them to intervene, but we were reluctant to do that.

Location and breakfast were great. We especially appreciated the lounge on our floor (floor eight).

Parking.....STICKER SHOCK !!!! Recommend using alternate parking. Stayed 8 nites away, car parked here. Stayed overnite on return. Got car in am. Damn near a monthly car payment. YIKES !!

Overpriced for the accommodations. I would have never paid this much except for being reimbursed by airline from getting bumped from my flight. I didn't get my wakeup call so glad my phone alarm worked .

The hotel was nice enough. Clean, updated and right at the airport. Dinner was delish although the fire alarm kept going off in the restaurant and it was nerve-wracking...

We love the convenience of leaving our car at the airport and staying right at the airport. The convenience of just going downstairs for a early morning flight is fantastic, especially in winter months.

After dropping off my car I walking along the right concrete when approaching the entrance there is a 3-4” lip in the concrete. I slipped off that and fell, hard. Within moments a flight crew walked up and found me. They helped me up. I was embarrassed, shaken and bruised. I was lucky I Landed on my side and not flat on my face. I’ve been an Ortho nurse for 20 years, out of my 40 years as a nurse. so I was able to accurately assess myself for injuries. I chose not to go down for dinner that night still feeling shaken from the fall. For an older person it could have been a life threatening and very traumatic fall. This lip is dangerous. it’s painted brown. I feel it should be orange or yellow. potentially even smoothed out completely. Maybe a warning sign posted. Keeping your patrons safe should be a priority.

That it is so close to the airport. I was able to drop off my car a day early and just relax. no worrying about flying out at 05:05 am. I was already there. Instruction on how to use the elevator would be helpful. The circle drive way was super handy to be able to register and bring in my luggage. plus it was raining and I was able to stay dry.
