Didn't like the fact when I booked the pictures showed I was getting a 2 br suite with living room and kitchen but when I got there it wasn't anything like the pic at all.. felt I didn't get what I paid for!!!

Too close to the highway. I wish I could leave the balcony door opened for fresh air, but the noise from the highway gets to be too much.

The rooms could have been better from a cleanliness standpoint. The comforter on my bed had a tear in it. The sink retains water, so the basin ends up covered in grime. The tubs were installed with permanent slip-resistant textures. Unfortunately, those are a hot bed of germs and dirt. We saw evidence of that in our tub. There is no shuttle service to and from Love's Field (which is about 15 minutes away) or the Convention Center (about 10 minutes away). The convenience store was a bit limited on beverages in particular. The ice machines, presumably in the entire hotel, were broken, so we had to either take ice provided in the convenience store (complimentary) or from the bar (again, complimentary, so no complaints there). One of the more perplexing and frustrating aspects of the stay was that at one point the elevator was out of service. There was no warning about this. The guests were not informed. Myself and two other guests had to take the stars from our floors, and attempting to find a way through winding corridors to the lobby was confusing and, quite frankly, unacceptable. When we did reach the lobby, we were told pretty flippantly, "The elevator doesn't work." There was no reason given, no time given on when it would be back up, nothing. Come to find out, they were repairing the room key scanner to allow people to access the guest floors. I (along with one of the front desk staff) found this out when I couldn't get to my floor without my key.

The staff was INCOMPREHENSIBLY AMAZING! I mean it! I only participated in this survey to absolutely GUSH about how remarkable the staff was. In pretty much any capacity, the best staff I've ever interacted with. SUBLIME service! The food at the in-house restaurant (The Arbor Kitchen), while a bit overpriced was really fantastic! Great flavors. The slices of cake are really small for the price; however, it was one of the best chocolate cakes I've had in a good while, so the trade-off is certainly worth it. And again, Arbor Kitchen staff is IMPECCABLE! Brilliant service. The reason I'm rating this hotel so high is because of their brilliant staff. If there's a staff award, this hotel certainly needs to be in the running! (I'm only half kidding. The staff here was just UNREAL!)

One way in, and one way out the hotel. Only 2 elevator's, but luckily the hotel was pretty empty during our stay, so we had no issues with waiting.

Check-in was super easy and quick. Got a room with an Awesome city view and was able to watch fireworks from our balcony All night across the city.

The hotel is getting pretty dated - old carpet, old decor. The room wasn't the cleanest. Parking cost extra, even though there is ample space.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly, polite, accommodating. Excellent service. Room was exactly the configuration we were looking for.

A/C was blowing hot air but staff had maintenance come up to fix it. Had a few hiccups along the way but the staff was incredibly kind abs quick to fix our issues.

The prices of the food in the restaurant were a little high so not so good if you’re bringing hungry teenagers, lol it would be cheaper to order outside the hotel. The room could definitely use updating like the bathroom door, the tub, floors, and sink fixtures. The water pressure could definitely be better and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room but I could tell that the floors were not swept or mopped. Also it would have been nice if the pool was available.

The breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious. I love the view from my balcony in my room. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, and one of the best staffs that I have ever encountered and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels and this staff is the best hands down. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas.
