You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey advertise a 6am airport shuttle, however that is only on weekdays. I spent an additional $50 on an Uber to the airport. There are other hotel options that might be better for an early weekend flight.
Very close to DCA, perfect place to layover for an early flight, lots to see, dining options, etc.

United States of AmericaParking was over $30 per night. The bottle of water in the room was labeled $8! Very few amenities considering the cost of staying there. No microwave in room.
Bfast cost over $17 so we didn't eat. Nice location. Lots of great walking and eating opportunities. Nice grocery store next door. Nice areas to hang and talk in lobby. Staff were help. Room clean, well laid out.
