Front desk staff were wonderful and attentive. Room looked like new with everything you would need to have an enjoyable stay. Very very clean. Location perfect too. Private beach right across the street.

Great location near the free trolly stop and directly across from the beach. Everything is nearby. Room was clean and spacious!

the breakfast is basic, toast, pastry, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, it was enough for us as we don't really eat breakfast. if you want a big breakfast then opt out

everything was perfect and better then we imagined, such a beautiful, clean, lovely decorated room, the sofa bed is a proper bed stored away in the wall to look like a wardrobe, very comfy. easy parking and the beach is a stone throw away. all staff are very friendly. Angela made us feel very welcome

Resort was great! The staff were so helpful and made the ease of check in and check out so easy! The room was cleaned daily and to great expectation. We loved the private beach with complimentary chairs and umbrella!

Great location. Very comfortable and spacious room which was very clean. Beautiful beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Small pool but great for children. Free parking.

Everything!!! The staff was amazing from reception to housekeeping. Location was perfect

The walls were extremely thin and constantly heard everything going on in the rooms on both sides and above. This was extremely annoying. There were not enough plugs to charge phones. The breakfast was basically machine coffee/juice, yogurt, and boiled eggs - not much to get excited about.

The rooms are refurbished and a lot of nice touches including functional kitchen with everything you need, shampoos and soaps, extra pillows and blankets, and great location across from a private beach with close walk to several restaurants.

We didn’t stay longer

The property was clean, fresh and modern. The staff at front desk couldn’t be more helpful and we were in contact throughout. We were allowed access the the parking facilities until our room was ready. The island itself is a dream.

The hotel need at least 4 ice maker machines. I couldn’t get ice at any time because the machine it was always without ice. And wait for the ice to make it was eternal. It was summer, so get ice from the stores it was a nightmare too. Also the breakfast, hmmm! could be better. Not a big deal these two things. I had the best time!

The location is absolutely perfect, you just have to cross the street to get to the beach, they have towels, chairs and umbrellas for you without cost; from the beach you can access to a close restaurant -from the beach or the street- it doesn’t belong to the hotel but is perfect because of how close is, also opens for breakfast very early and close so late (Piña Coladas are the best). At the hotel entrance is the stop of the trolley so is prefect if you want go to a different place in the island. The furniture inside the room is very modern and the room it was super clean taking in consideration that sand is very hard to clean. The staff was very helpful and kind.

No lights at the BQ we had to use our torch on phone to see.

The room was excellent it had a great layout. The closeness to the beach was fab. The staff went above and beyond 👍
