Requested room with 2 Queen Beds, when we arrived at room it had one King bed. But, issue way promptly corrected!

The long walk through the casino to get to the rooms . With a person in a wheelchair it was a bit challenging.

Super cool aquarium….just make sure you check the mermaids schedule, we missed the times. Fantastic beds.

Parking was hard to navigate. Finding my room was a bit hard. Once I did find the direction, it was down at the end of the hallway. My view was that great either however that was the only bad thing.

Room was nice and big. Comfy bed. Front desk staff member (Mel) she was amazing; helped me with parking since it was a bit hard to figure out (construction was happening). Lots of cool attractions. On my last day as I was leaving I saw the mermaids and it was pretty cool.

False advertise..It says on my booking that I will have a pool view but I did not eventhough I know its being renovated. I should not be charge resort fee since swimming pool is being renovated and I don'r want to go to other 2 facilities to swim this is where I checked in. I saw on review of one of customer complained about false advertisement regardinh swimming pool but after booking just like me that pool is being renovated and she was not charge for resort fee. I asked about this and sent message before I came and they said I still need to be charge resort fee.. I don't think it's fair..False advertisement..

The coffee machine didn't close all the way so I had to hold it down in order for it to brew. The tv would become staticky & I had to keep turning it off to reset it but it would just happen again after awhile.

Beautiful rooms, very clean, had everything I needed in the room. Staff was nice.

Had issues with house keeping cleaning room when I called and ask as wasn't cleaned till late night and also got sick eating ar Sundance restaurant as only bad things about this resort.

There's nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom and it's a little small. Food in the main lounge and casino area is very expensive especially the Wuhu Chinese restaurant we were charged nearly $70 for egg fried rice, noodles & shrimp vegetables. Our maid threw away my shaving soap including the box and did not hand in 2 very expensive shirts I left behind, so she was either incompetent not checking the draws or kept them.

Staff at the front desk were very polite and help full. The rooms are nice and newly decorated. You don't need to leave the lodge it caters for everything you need.

Used hotel as there was free shuttle to airport. Found out this started at 7. We used the taxi stand staff wasnt accommodating at night. Used an pickup service number that didn't work. Very poor communication and help getting to airport.

The walls in hotel are paper thin. Literally could hear conversations and televisions of neighboring room. We were on 3rd floor and between that and the stomping of feet above really makes us ponder if we’d return.

Very clean and newly renovated. Nice restaurants and VERY friendly staff! Amazingly comfortable bed! Great bathroom! Spacious room! Lovely smelling!
