The sheets and towels didn't look really clean.

the breakfast was ok for my because only with oatmeal and coffee is enough for me. they have a washer and dryer machine in each floor for the guests and the room have microwave and fridge

A lot of things can be fixed at that property , starting with the training of the staff and finishing with bringing that property to 2023 hospitality standards.

I guess you got what you pay for, if $150 bucks give you this much. They gave a fresh paint to the exterior , but inside everything is dated , unfriendly staff filthy hallways, remote for the TV was missing , I reported to front desk and she told me that no-one from maintenance is present , she can't help me... Overall very disappointed, we traveling frequently to Sarasota for family reasons, but this was the worst accommodation we had in a long while..

The cleanliness was very subpar. The first room they had us in smelled like a public restroom and the floors were soaking wet. There was also a large amount of dust in the vents.

Beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. The tv also had a good selection of channels to choose from. Staff was very accommodating amongst a few issues.

Carpet was dirty. Door to emergency exit stairs on 3rd floor was stuck and would not open. We told 3 different people during our 2 day stay and it was never fixed. Grounds with a lot of litter.

Most staff didn't speak English and used it to get out of requests. Were there 3 night's without the room being cleaned. I was handed towels and when I moved aside she shook her head no. Both ice machines weren't working most of the time. We checked out Saturday and went home a day early. See my Google review.

The room was tiny and there was bad customer service. The room above us was smoking cannabis and I had to report them. Also there were a lot of drug addicts all around the building. One lady was so high she fell on her face outside. The pool area was tiny and I had to request for maitence to clean it before we could use it. There were not enough towels in the room. It was just a poor experience for almost $200 a night.

Filthy/missing lampshades and curtains. . Wet/smelly carpets. Dangerous unlecel shower. No maid service. Had to take dirty wet towels to front desk to get fresh ones. Loud. Airplanes and rooms next door. Did NOT GET A RECIEPT WITH CHARGES!! I need a receipt immediately with itemized charges!!

The room felt damp, and was kind of stinky. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was a spider in the room, too. The TV signal was bad sometimes, some channels were pixelated and hard to watch. And some channels weren't even available.

The staff was nice, the room did get quite cold. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was nice.

One of the beds was broken, the breakfast really isn't much of a breakfast the only working vending machine was on the third floor and the only working ice machine was the first floor, loud tenants at night... Poor area.

Hotel, is ran down old. Rooms aren’t the cleanest and they have a very dirty moist smell. Not sure if it’s from the wet/dirty carpet. But the smell from the ac isn’t the best. Pool fence/door was broken. Overall not the worst option but definitely not the greatest mostly due to the smell in the room.

Someone attempted to break into my work truck, I had to pay 150 dollar down deposit out of pocket even if it was reimbursed, the room smelled kinda moldy and the people screaming and arguing outside my window was a nice touch.
