A full breakfast would have been nice but it certainly wasn't a make it, or break it situation.

The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room was very quiet and on the first floor. The location was perfect.

Location did not have any restaurants within walking distance for dinner after a late flight. You need a car to go anywhere. We made do with snacks from a convenience store that was about to close. A nearby Walmart was also closing and there were no other venues in the vicinity.

Breakfast was included in price and offered enough choices to start the day. Room was ample size. Transfer from airport to hotel was included in price and worked well. Messaged hotel to ask about transfer to cruise terminal & was given the name of a company that provides this service. Transfer hotel to cruise terminal was arranged BEFORE we left home. Good move as they were overwhelmed.

The poor desk attendant was left by her manager to work alone on a Friday night. She got bombarded and made a mistake and charged my card twice when i prepaid. No big deal, but she needed the manager to come in to fix it. The manager was obviously upset about this, and had a very condescending attitude, as if it was anyone's fault there were problems on a busy night with one staff member. Also the hot water in the shower was broken. Didn't have time to complain as this card charge took up the time

That my credit card shows 2 charges for a night each, when I just stayed ONE night there. I told the staff and she told me one charge will dissappear, but it's still in my card statement, so I will complain to Booking.com

The pool/hot tub was really dirty, like the hot tub was green and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a good while. My kids flat out refused to swim in it. The breakfast was only waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit everyday. Absolutely no protein.

The location was fabulous and there was a Walmart across the street for the stuff we forgot. The beds were comfy and had enough pillows.

Waiting on the shuttle after making an appoitment the night before.I realize the driver had to juggle other ride but i get nervous when i have a scheduled flight getting close.

I was traveling from Brazil to Miami Intl and then from Fort Lauderdale Intl and needed a room close enough so I could use their shuttle in the morning.Uber got me there in the evening and my expectations were not high but it was actually better then expected.The bed was good and breakfast was better than expected,and the room was clean.I would stay again.

Closest restaurants (fast food only) were a 15 - 20 minute walk away. If you don’t have a vehicle, it could be difficult in very hot or rainy weather. Other than breakfast, property has little to offer in the way of proper food.

Breakfast buffet (waffles, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee) was well done. Good proximity to Port Everglades.

There’s some wear and tear. Hot Tub and Pool could use a lift Breakfast could use some variety, but, what was offered was good.

Hotel was quiet, rooms were properly stocked, staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The staff was super nice and very helpful. We did wait quite some time for the shuttle at the airport. Seems like there was a little miscommunication but we were on vacation so it was all good.

We arrived by cruise ship, which means very early. I had requested an early check in but unfortunately that was not possible. Check in wasn't till 3.00pm so we had to wait in the lobby for several hours. Luckily they did have a nice table with power so we could use our laptops and get some work done.

They offered free breakfast . It was pretty limited but the waffle maker was nice:) and a free shuttle to the airport, which was great! The room was very comfortable for a short term stay. We only stayed one night.

I didn't like that the pool was not very heated. It was still way below 20°C not fun for my kids. Also, the breakfast option did not have in any protein options. All we got was carbs.

Hot tub was not working, which wasn't the best, as that's the main reason I chose this facility. Also, housekeeping never came the whole week, and I had to request towels multiple times. Still needs to offer more protein at breakfast than just peanut butter and yogurt.

The location is great, this was my third time staying at this hotel. Bed very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. I will likely choose to stay there again, as the price and location are good.

The breakfast went to McDonald’s as there was not hot food besides waffles, the graffiti on the door in the bathroom and shower, the door going into the room was stuck due to the lock plate being bent and catching the door, the remote control had to be tapped down as it wouldn’t stay on.

Location to the airport, bed was comfortable staffed printed boarding passes, stored luggage in the early am as we just got off a cruise ship and had a pickup truck that’s didn’t have a cover

Oranges were stale and the housekeeping staff refused to service my room. I was given bedding, towels etc to replace myself.

Breakfast was good. Needs more varieties of fresh fruits. I liked the friendliness of the staff best. Location in proximity to FFL Airport and shopping a plus.
