To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBeds were small and thin. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Dirty Q-tips and bottle tops were left in the room on the floor and in the beds. Stains were on the comforter. Entire hotel smells like weed. Rooms weren’t together as promised. Breakfast was just waffles and cereal not as advertised. Pool area doesn’t look like photos which is why we originally booked this hotel. Pool water was freezing cold so the kids refused to even swim. All in all just know you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and get a better room somewhere else.

United States of AmericaThere is no elevator. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and our room had bad smell. Also, there was a lot of foot traffic and loudness all through the night. The pool closes at 8 PM which isn’t very realistic for people that are sightseeing or going to the theme park. And it is not heated.
The area that it is in close to Six Flags right down the street from local shopping and restaurants. Indoor pool. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant.

SwedenThe whole place just looked and felt old and rundown. I guess you get what you pay for. No guest laundry facilities. The breakfast was all carbs/sweets - no protein at all.
Indoor pool. Rooms were very clean. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

United States of AmericaThe woman who checked me in had a " I could care less" attitude, and when there was an issue getting paid thru Booking. com, she was less than helpful, throwing it all back on my shoulders. Lucky for me a very sweet hotel guest, (who also had a problem with the front desk) was able to help me. The breakfast was the lowest Ive seen for a hotel. It gives a whole new meaning to 'basic'. I doubt the large 'community' tub of (non)butter would pass a health inspection. There was no workout room though it was advertised, and my co worker did her routine in the room. She said the carpet smelled like old fish. You would not find me sitting on that floor! We were there for 3 days and there was no change of towels, made beds or other amenities replaced. I had to go to the front desk and ask for everything.
The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. No one running up and down the halls and no-one loud after hours.

United States of AmericaThe room we were assigned was not as nice as the pictures online. Our bathroom door did not shut properly, we had trouble getting the tv to work, and our room had a weird smell. Overall, the facilities were very old and outdated. Not worth the price.
We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The location was nice & close to Truist Park (about 10 min). The staff was very friendly!

United States of AmericaOutside looks fine but the inside could use some updates. Rugs old, colors of atmosphere dull. Towels dingy looking. Smell of smoke everywhere. Indoor pool not heated but neither was the pool area. It should be warm in the room to make you want to swim. Fitness center is not in the hotel, it’s across the street at “Anytime Workout” gym. They give you a scan card to get in that didn’t work. We went in with a member entering 🤦🏽♀️ Nice gym though! No photos worth sharing. Complimentary breakfast- milk was spoiled.

United States of AmericaWe had already been disappointed by another hotel we reserved in Union City because they did not have their pool open to guests. I called ahead to this hotel to make sure the indoor pool was available for my grandchildren to use. Most, if not all indoor pools in hotels are heated. It would have been common decency to have been informed by the staff member I spoke with on the phone about the condition of your pool before I made my new reservation so late in the evening. We were all so tired by the time we arrived and checked in and THEN saw the sign on the door about the pool, There was no way I was making these kids go to a third hotel. This is the first time I have experienced several issues with making reservations and receiving not only what I had reserved, but the professionalism of appropriately working amenities. 60 degree water and no working lights overhead is not a safe pool to be advertising as an amenity for your property.
The beds were very comfortable. I loved the small waffles for breakfast. They were perfect for me and my 3 grandchildren. The lady who checked us in on April 3rd was very nice.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is dated and a bit dingy . The refrigerator was barely cold, I had to keep our drinks and food in our cooler overnight. The hallways and room smelled of stale smoke even though I chose a non smoking room.
The pool area was nice, big high ceilings and plenty of lounge chairs and towels. The beds were fairly comfortable. Nice big TV in the room with plenty of channels. Overall a decent value for the price.
