We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The bed was comfortable, and the location good. Also, when we had issues with the internet, the owner provided an alternative which worked fine. The owner was willing to work with us on that as we noted that we did need a good internet, and we going to change motels if nothing was available. He noted that he would allow us to change our departure without problems if we were not satisfied with his solution to our problem

United StatesRoom was very drafty, Heating unit ran constantly due to no weather stripping around door. Cold air blew through the door. No towel bars in bathroom. Motel badly in need of an updating. Reminds me of the old Jewish run hotels back east. Dont spend a dime unless you absolutely have to! But it was clean and affordable.

Knowing it was low budget I didn't expect much, there were insects in the room that I took care of myself without alerting management, the staff was over the top friendly and approached me many times asking if I needed anything, if I ever stay in this town again I would definitely stay at Economy Inn.

United StatesThe place was unkempt on the outside, there was stuff sitting outside as if they were moving out and lots of cigarette butts lying around by the door. The room smelled. The lock didn’t look secure. There was no breakfast not even coffee.
The room was obviously old and the carpet was stained but the sheets, towels, counters, bathtub, floor, toilet were clean, so we stayed!

United StatesNoise from above : the folks above me walked/talked into wee hours of morning,... floor creaked badly,.. apparently thin floors, Carpet was in poor repair and had spots of something embedded here and there ( gum?) I just wore my flip-flops as I didn't want to walk barefoot on carpet. Heater kept me toasty but it was noisy when it came on.
Clean bathroom, clean fresh smelling bed/linens, clean tables , micro and little fridge, ,... everything but carpet. Heater in room worked great . Lighting in parking lot very good making me feel safe. Very friendly staff member. Very affordable.

United StatesThe room was a bit stuck in the 50's with deteriorating (possibly original) panels around the shower area. The entry door did not latch tightly and the cold wind, along with cigarette smoke from smokers outside the building permeated into the unit. The heater had to run more frequently to offset the cold wind coming in.
The room was clean and mostly comfortable. It was easy to get from this location to our daily excursions. The fridge and microwave worked great, and all other components functioned well.

The previous tenet must have put the roll of toilet paper under the flapper in the tank. The shower went about 25% with the rest of the water going to the tub - big waste of water. Possibly the previous tenet messed with the shower activation. Put key in drop box when leaving in the morning. Please notify motel of shower.
