The unit had a few issues… Tired furniture, main bathroom door did not close and it was impossible to start the dishwasher. It had been pushed too far under the counter to access operating buttons. We had to pay for WiFi also.

Location is very close to many nice places to eat, things to do and much to see. Bodega Bay is a must and we enjoy the nice walk around Armstrong Park. The Sonoma county coast is beautiful to drive. Lots of interesting places to pull off and enjoy natures gifts. Santa Rosa has a nice mall with free parking.

Close to everything! Beautiful and safe. Hot tub was so relaxing, fireplace in our unit was cozy, and the staff gave me a birthday gift and card signed personally by each member!

Very strick checking in and checking out time. It is a time share, so they try to sell you one when you check in. The salesperson is very skillful and / or polite. He got the hint that we are not interested and let us go quickly.

Location is good and good value.

Do not think internet use should be an extra cost. As it is a timeshare facility you will be asked to participate in the seminar, but you can politely refuse.

2 bedroom suite was clean and had a full kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was great for accessing a lot that this part of Sonoma has to offer. E.g., coastal parks, lovely towns and if interested a lot of wineries.

I never like to be asked to go to a sales pitch. They were very polite about it, but I still would prefer to not be asked to sit through a "90" minute no pressure presentation that ALWAYS goes for over 2 hours and is ALWAYS full of pressure to buy more time.

This is a timeshare property, so there was no breakfast provided. However, the unit had a full kitchen so no breakfast was needed. I was most impressed by all of the staff members that I came in contact with. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Be aware of the pitch to buy the timeshare. However, the sales were not too pushy so we were ok with it.

The room is spacious and come with all utensils needed for a family gathering. The facility looks nice but we didn't use it. However, there was BBQ grill in the balcony allowing us to be creative in making holiday meals.

Hot tubs around the property were a joke. The one behind our building was located inside a chain-link fence directly next to the pool pump for the large pool that was constantly running. Water was only lukewarm didn’t even bother.

Convenient to wineries and close to downtown Windsor. Easy on and off the highway. Unit was spacious for the price we paid on booking.com. Super Clean

We did not have the opportunity to enjoy room 3110 in building #3. You were upgrading that building with a new paint job. Regardless, we enjoyed the stay with you.

The HVAC, which ran 24/7 was very noisy, so much so that bedroom doors had to be closed to be able to sleep. Furniture was pretty standard, but the beds are due to be replaced, as they sag so much the sheets constantly come loose. The property is terribly short on parking making the lot hard to navigate with cars parked wherever they can find room. The timeshare sales staff is a bit aggressive. Lastly, we stayed at the property as "hotel" guests, but got no services.

The property has a great location, and the physical layout of the unit we had was good. The unit is well appointed with appliances, dishes, etc.
