I didn’t like the location of the hotel,it’s located a little far from the strip.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant and buffet was reasonable to serve food.

The room was pretty dim, and the windows were tinted. Im sure this created a certain ambiance, but for makeup purposes made it hard to see and I personally enjoy natural light during the day. The place would benefit from more ventilation as it has a strong smell of smoke. While the staff wasnt rude, I felt they could be more friendly and welcoming.

The room was beautiful, clean and very elegant. Loved the kuerig in the room and the spaciousness of the room. This was the first time I've had complementary slippers and that was such a great touch! Beds were super comfortable. Good food places inside along with an enjoyable movie theater.

Our room window was facing a lower roof with bright lights pointing at our side of the hotel. It was a bit annoying. We had to push a chair against the window in order to keep the drapes closed at night. That is the only negative thing about our stay. 99% of the stay was fantastic!

Smoke in casino

Walking in the front door and cigarette smoke greeting you from the casino was not a huge win for me. I understand that this is Las Vegas and gambling is the money maker but not everyone comes to Vegas to gamble. I wish that there could be a no smoking policy.

We stayed in room 1552. The room was very nice and spacious. The view was spectacular. The hotel had food, games, movies, spa, etc. so you didn't have to leave to go anywhere. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

My view from my room was non existent, letting in very little natural light. All of the decor was brown and beige - I would have liked more colour! I would have appreciated Wi-fi just be made available throughout the hotel.

My room was a very good size, nice and clean. The Poker room was excellent - with a large frequency of tournaments on daily attracting a large number of players. Great facilities - the pool was large and I liked the fact there was a cinema on site. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a nice touch too.

Not a thing , price is a little high on weekends but I can’t complain,

I like everything about the hotel location, all features the hotel has, normally I have a room with a great view but not this time however I didn’t ask for one this time lol, I have no complaints,, I always stay here I feel safe If I travel alone , and are fully entertained .. a great place for couples as well.. I wouldn’t mind getting great deals or promotions..

I was not too fond of the heavy, heavy cigarette smoke throughout the casino and food areas.

I love the fact that the room did not have carpet flooring. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quite from outside noises. Thst was a plus for me. I love the bakery the strawberry short cake was wonderful.
