Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

At 11:00 pm someone tried to break in our room. Then at 12:30pm our daughters called and said someone was trying to get into their room. These people were ramming the door beating on it very hard pulling the handle hard and yelling around we couldn’t sleep the rest of the night
The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean

The rooms need to be modernize especially the air conditioning that's one of the oldest window units I've seen in a long time
Room size was great. The pool indoor was wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

What I got charged 123 we paid for 2 nights when we got down there I reserved the room on book.com and they took 123 dollars out of my account we paid twice because didn't get my 123 back in my account you charged me twice not happy I would like to have my 123 put back

Did receive keys that didn’t work right off the bat, we had a used towel in our room which we just made sure not to use. I definitely think there are some long term people living there, I noticed some interesting people walking around but completely harmless. At check out there was a woman and 2 young girls maybe age 14-16 sitting behind the counter. The woman who I know worked there because I had seen her the previous day sat with her cell phone in her face and didn’t acknowledge me but one of the young girls did and took my keys. Found that a little odd.
Overall our stay was good. Right off the bat we did have a situation with our room key where it wasn’t working. They switched us rooms to attempt to rectify quickly which actually was a downgrade so we said something again and they put us back in our original room and completed fixing the keys (basically the batteries in the door were low so that was all that needed to be fixed). Once that was all gravy we really didn’t have any major issues. We did find one towel in our room that looked like it was missed from the previous people and it had been clearly used but not a huge deal just made sure we didn’t use it and had plenty others in the room to use. There was another incident with another guest causing a scene where we just happened to be heading out to dinner so it seemed to resolve quickly after the police were called (nothing where we felt we were in danger and nothing the property management did wrong, they seemed to be completely in the right from our perspective) guest was causing a scene due to what seemed to be they were caught smoking in their room…I mean they have signs all over and you sign a form at check in that you will be charged $250 if caught smoking in your room….so don’t be a rebel cuz they will act! But that’s fair! We didn’t get around to using the indoor swimming pool so cannot attest to how that was. Breakfast was honestly great for what you pay per night. Location is around the corner from the main strip so honestly when it did get busy it was nice being away from the congestion.

Some doors don’t lock from the outside. Our original room didn’t, so we moved next door. Our 3rd room (after we were moved again bc kids aren’t supposed to be on 2nd floor which is understandable) didn’t lock from the outside either. I just dealt with it bc I didn’t want to move rooms again with 4 children.
I appreciated the room eventually given inside by the pool. Decent location not far from everything there is to do in Branson.

Sketchy neighbors in room next door, advertised as a Howard Johnson, but actually an older converted motel. I had to go to the lobby twice for towels.

Overall the place smelled musky, trash was overflowing in areas. Room carpet was dirty. Tub didn't drain well. Laundry was broken they said. I felt the pool needed chemicals. The only ice machine was in front lobby and it was a long walk.
Staff- friendly, helpful, over and beyond. With everywhere having staffing issues I felt this crew went beyond there expectations, I overheard at breakfast that the guy making food, keeping food stocked was the director of maintenance. Pool - indoor, big Breakfast- warm food biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles.

Never in my life have I waited ONE FULL HOUR to get checked into a room, staff seemed unknowable and had issues with nearly every person in front of me, The pool was full of full on chunks of hair, we amongst others called multiple time to have the pool unlocked still took over 30 mins to get it done hall way full of impatient kids trying to swim. No towels down there, even though we asked when we called. I’m not sure what happened since the last time we came but it was a completely different experience then last time we came disappointing.
