The surfaces and carpets were dirty and a little dusty.

Excellent location, different activities to choose, spacious room. Bedding, towels, toilet and tub were clean. Also heating and cooling system were good.

The property was under renovation during our stay and the elevator was not functioning.

Majority of the staff is very pleasant and accommodating especially front door man Miklos I arrived early for check in and miklos along with another coworker helped me check in early when Jan the front desk lady was so mean and unpleasant . This really made me want to come back again because he went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in.

It wasn't easy to get to the business center from the outer building. So we did use many of the amenities. The food on site was terrible. The water park is small and no towels. The gift shop sold nothing for the Waterpark. The staff in the Waterpark were rude and unhelpful.

I didnt know the water park was closed during weekdays. It was closed and we just used the smaller pool. My oldest child is 2 years old and the arcade and sports center did not work for him. Hotel was perfect minus the water park which was closed

Aged. Interior layout of room was odd. HVAC was inconsistent. Cracked countertop in bathroom. BBs lodged in holes in wall.

I’m sure the weather was a major factor but the wifi was down but more importantly the indoor pool was closed and locked up,which we were looking forward to.

The amenities at town center were a nice plus and the ascetics of the lodge were nice as well. Enjoy having direct access to the restaurant through the lodge.

THEY NEED MORE STAFFFF!!!! The same staff who were serving breakfast were serving dinner at their other eatery location (Nicks Lake House). by the way, the food there...so disappointing! The Staff had no clue what they were doing. soooo training would be beneficial! IT snowed while we were there, the roads were not clean, no salt, no nothing. considering they are at the mountains and all attractions are at the main building, they should prepare for winter snow falls!

The room was cozy, the view was like winter wonderland. Breakfast was alright. Too expensive for such a simple breakfast. This place has so much potential, however, it does need some heavy TLC!!! Buildings could truly use renovations!!!

The hotel was like a maze. Not very good signage for elevator and a little difficult to navigate. The grill was not open on the weekend.

Breakfast was good- priced as expected. Beds were comfortable. It’s dated and that style seems to be maintained on purpose- I’m sure it was a happening place in the 80’s. It was very clean. What needs to be updated for cleanliness was updated- carpet, linens, etc. The arcade was a huge hit with our kids! It’s equivalent to a boardwalk arcade. The bowling alley seemed fun too, we just didn’t have time to use it. The pool was over crowded when we tried to go. The cost of the water park only makes sense of you have time to stay there for a few hours. There’s not much of a discount for partial day. We had about 1 hour to use it after skiing all day and before meeting friends for a late dinner. It didn’t make sense to pay $30 per child for 1 hour.

I found the staff not to be very accommodating. The night we arrived, we were put in the rooms all the way in the back. We wanted to be moved to the front of property because we went with a toddler and felt that to be more safe. I explained my feelings to the front desk. We wanted to be moved even if it meant paying more, which was not an issue. The woman we spoke with was not accommodating at all. She came off annoyed and was not willing to accommodate. She just kept saying I would have to wait because she was to busy. It was around 11 at night. There were not many visitors there yet. Im sure taking the time to go on the computer to find another room available in the location we wanted would have taken maybe 5 minutes tops and then she could carry on with whatever she was doing. This would be the only reason my family and I will never return.

The property was in a good location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The indoor water park was decent. A good value over all.

everything was basically closed because of off-season. vending machines were Even turned off at 10 couldn’t buy a soda, upstair soda machines were empty. They advertised kareokee at 9 pm on Friday and Saturday, but there wasn’t any…? some of staff guys were creepy and were constantly around my girlfriend asking her weird questions to the point she felt uncomfortable being alone.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the tub in the shower would not plug and hold water. Too much glass in the room for having children with us. (Tables all had glass tops, shower was glass etc)

I was told that I will not be charged for Friday, August 25 because I arrived after midnight and I booked the room right before midnight. I was never refunded the first night after they told me to book for Friday even though it was going into Saturday the 26th. I was told that I would not be charged and I was charged anyway and then I called and I was told that I will get refunded and I still haven’t received my refund.

The location was really nice and the property was very nice.
