We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe only thing I didn't like was the chocolate milk. It tasted odd to me, maybe the brand, I'm not sure, but it was in date.
Everything was absolutely wonderful! All 4 of us agreed that this would be a hotel we got again if we ever make it to Springfield again. The room was clean, pillows were soooo comfy, and the pool was warm!! Also, I definitely love the fact that you get a 10% discount at Texas Roadhouse for staying at the hotel. The staff was very kind to us and was able to get us everything we needed. Breakfast was pretty good, too! My favorite part was the egg and cheese omelets and the fact that they had Cholula as the hot sauce option. It's my favorite hot sauce ever!

United States of AmericaThere was no vent in bathroom for after using it. I understand maybe to deter people from smoking etc but it's needed because the rooms are small.
The breakfast was awesome, really appreciated the selection. It's hard to find good breakfast at hotels anymore. Staff were smiling and nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaWe happen to get a room that was behind the elevator. Although we did not need a handicap room, it was wonderful. The size, the bathroom, the shower. It was perfect. Also, the staff was especially friendly and greeted us every time we Entered and exited the hotel.

I don't know why people gave this hotel two stars went to me it's a five-star compared to all the other hotels in the surrounding area this hotel was only clean but up to date meaning to fix yours the shower bathroom the rooms were all up to date fix your wise bedding just the whole thing it was lights behind the mirrors this hotel to me is the absolute best hotel in the whole area and breakfast is absolutely amazing all kinds of eggs and pancake machine meats eggs I mean just everything compared to the other hotels in the area which I actually was at one and left so this hotel is hands down five star you will not be disappointed in whatever price you pay to stay here

United States of AmericaThe handle on the Jacuzzi was wobbly, I had knee surgery and I slipped a little, and had a hard time getting in because the railing shifted.
Variety of breakfast foods, the pull out couch bed, and the handicap accessible bath tub, I had a bad knee and a toddler, it was all perfect. The pool, Jacuzzi, gym and front desk were great.

United States of America- Hallways on floors were noticeably hot and uncomfortable. - Elevators were dirty. - Breakfast was poorly stocked - - Room took around 2 hours to get to proper temperature. *95 degrees during the day in Sept so I'm sure that didn't help* - Baymont hotel in Springfield, the night before, was a better value for the money in my opinion as Holiday Inn was almost twice as expensive. - Size of t.v.

The staff were really nice, I was on crutches and the lady at the desk put me in the room right by the breakfast area on the first floor. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, omelets, biscuits, gravy, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, bread for toast, etc. The location was in a good spot, not a lot of traffic.
