The room AC would not turn off all night and was blowing in our face and the tv didn’t work

I wish the tundral bed had been made by the staff. Instead, we had to make it up ourselves. The water pressure wasn't great.

It was very close to the Sesame Place park so we could walk. Close to restaurants. It was clean and comfortable

The location is very good. But we hope they don’t charge parking fee per day. Some of the staff we’re very accommodating and smiling, few were not. 😣

Breakfast area was so hot each morning. The same eggs and sausage each morning we stayed from Saturday until Monday. It would be good to switch the rotate various meats like bacon or fried potatoes.

Breakfast was convenient and our room was located right around the corner. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful during check-in and during days stayed.

Upon arrival there was a piece of broken glass on our counter in the bathroom by the sink, we were left with about 1/4 roll of toilet paper and when I called for more toilet paper and towels, we were told it would be right up and no one came. When my husband went downstairs to get them he was told there was no housekeeping staff on shift yet. This was around 9am. In addition, the free breakfast buffet was awful. No milk, no forks, and what was available wasn’t all that great. I guess you get what you pay for in terms of breakfast.

The size of the room was great and it was clear it was recently updated. Staff was very nice.

The beds and sofa beds need a serious upgrade. Additionally, the carpeting has been well loved and could use a replacement.

We loved the front desk employees! Tajeira Fisher is especially wonderful! She was beyond helpful and easy to chat with. I truly enjoyed seeing her as we came and went during our stay. She even checked on us upon finishing bringing in the luggage to ensure we felt comfortable- a true asset to the hospitality world! Additionally, the proximity to Sesame Place cannot be beat! It was across the street- just perfect- especially when toddlers needed to go back to the hotel from Sesame Place to take a nap!

The fifteen dollar a day parking some of the ride staff

The proximity to Sesame Place- however they charge you 15$ a day to park your car. There was an employee named Ton who was outstanding- above and beyond. A lot of the other staff was not so great. One lady basically said that Sesame Place was going to close the following day- and that wasn't true.

The room was dirty, mirror had a black substance on it and there was a crushed up Oreo on floor. The pool and fire pit were advertised, but not available.

The staff was very kind, patient, and accommodating.

There were some minor issues with our room. our TV didn’t work/there was no remote and our room was on the warm/humid side even with changing the thermostat several times. the staff was wonderful about anything we asked and the benefits greatly outweighed those small negatives.

I am already paying high price to stay in the hotel that is directly across the street from the amusement park and you are going to charge me an additional parking fee to park my car in the hotel I am already paying to stay at. No place did it state on their website or in their own building does it state of this $15 parking fee. breakfast comes with you staying there. would be fantastic if they hade places to sit or even have plates to put your “hot” breakfast on

That being said, the bed was meh. But that’s really our only complaint.

This hotel was extremely conveniently located for a trip to sesame place. I can’t drive that home enough. It was absolutely perfect for that. Breakfast was great, and the convenience was unmatched. Room size was totally fine and the shower and shampoo stuff was all great.
