Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

One person at check-in resulted in a lengthy wait. One elevator was down which caused a back-up of people and luggage racks. No luggage racks available on check in. Only one luggage rack when checking out. Light on one side of bed not working. Shower leaked and soaked the floor. Couch had tear in it and looked worn and aged.

Prior to arriving and checking in the desk reception was quick to answer and unfriendly. I didn't get his name but with how the city is and the fact I am disabled we were hoping to find a place to rest until check in time. The sofa was beyond uncomfortable. It sank in and it was hard to get out of.
The location of the hotel was the best! Once we arrived the staff was beyond pleasant. The room was very clean.

They need to make sure the staff is well informed about locations and basic information about the area. Restaurants, attractions etc. They also need to keep the rugs in the rooms and hallways clean. Have more variety for breakfast. Room attendants weren't very friendly.

Some trash cans need to be emptied more frequently and no hooks in the bathroom. They are an easy fix
Staff especially the women who run the breakfast area were tremendously happy and helpful.

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times. I was very disappointed at how much the prices at this hotel have gone up - both the room rate and valet parking rate have gone up significantly since the last time I stayed there a couple years ago.
Room - bed was comfortable and room layout very accommodating. Due to location in historic district, you can walk to the squares and many sites you would want to visit in Savannah. They have a lot of great choices for breakfast.

Lighting. Couldn't have lights on in sitting area without lighting up sleeping area. Inconvenient for getting children to sleep.

Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable, but that is to be expected.
Friendly staff! We arrived at 2:45. They allowed us to check in early. Valet parking was wonderful. The free breakfast was great with many choices.

The breakfast was horrible. The restaurant was horrible, didn’t have anything on the menu that was appealing. Ordered boneless chicken and they were terrible, overcooked and tasted so processed, couldn’t taste any buffalo favor on the chicken, and server/bartender wasn’t the friendliest. I felt like we should have gotten a refund on the overcooked boneless chicken. We spent a lot on the room to get crappie food and service from the restaurant
We came down for the fireworks and the location was within walking distance. Great location, the young lady that checked us in was extremely nice and friendly, she gave us outstanding customer service!

Breakfast got extremely crowded. I noticed a lot of people couldn’t find a place to sit.

It's only valet parking; the are no elevators to the garage (underground) but you will have access to the car anytime

Room was very beat up! Door had punched holes on the outside of it. Very tired worn furniture. Dirty bathroom. Staff on cell phones in hallways SUPER LOUD and ANGRY for whatever reason. Very noisy.

There was no supervisory staff working the holiday weekend. Staff were not empowered to make any decisions. My sisters room had ants and it took additional request for them to be moved, and when they were. My nephew was still bitten.
