Staff at desk did not know how to correct my credit card number in the system for Booking.com I book with a personal card then change to company card at the hotel. This was the first hotel that did not know how to change the card number so now my company has to give me a check. Just extra hassle.

They had chocolate milk available which was great! Overall breakfast was good.

Tap did not get cold enough when turned to cold setting. Pillows not firm at all. Should keep at least two form pillows as options.

AC worked well. Toilet and Shower were great.

The property clearly stated no concealed weapons on the property a guy that was staying in the first room on the first floor stopped us on Sunday evening while coming in he spoke but I can see he had a gun in the front of his shorts. Which was a great concern about our safety. The patio was really dark at night and the gate didn’t lock we set out there on Tuesday night and the pool door was propped open after 11:00 pm as someone was getting off work all they did was turn the lights off while the back door to the pool area was still opened.

We arrived on Saturday asked for our room to be cleaned on Sunday evening for the next day. The young lady at the desk took the information down in her head we never received the room service as requested. Her husband or boyfriend was waiting in the lobby and she took the information and went back in the lobby sitting area where she was when we came in and continued chatting with him.

Still a little pricey per night in my opinion. Drop it to $100/night and keep all the rooms full would be better then $130/ and only filling half

The floor of the shower was dirty and the fan in the bathroom did not work. it didn’t feel the cleanest. The pool area also was in great need of a deep clean. the concrete around the pool needs a good power wash, it was really dirty as was the bottom of the pool. It definitely needed a refresh.

The look of the property was modern.

There was a boys lacrosse team that was overly aggressive in the pool area and their parents drinking on the pool patio after 3 am they were so loud I could hear them on the 4th floor...I feel like the staff should have handled that.

The hotel was nice. I liked the modern feel. The bathroom mirror was fantastic for doing my make up.

Even though I had confirmation of our reservation, they couldn't find it for about 7-10 minutes.

Breakfast was very good, and the public area was great for our needs. The room and bed were comfortable. Having the check-out time extend to noon was stress free.

Breakfast was disappointing. they ran out of paper plates. scrambled eggs were meh. they ran out of gravy for biscuits and gravy. when they found more gravy, it was cold. no juice machine

Parking was a challenge. Construction was difficult, but we knew about it in advance so that helped.

The layout of the room always a bit difficult to work through when the sofa bed was out.

Are ac didn't work so it was hot when we got back to the room for the night. It was never fixed and never offered another room, other then it being hot in our room, the stay way great

The elevator is very dated. The hallway carpet is a little dated as well. The pool is a little small and was kind of cloudy.

Room was clean and looked just like pictures on the website. The hotel is currently under construction so a little parking issue. Breakfast was also really good with lots of variety.

was a little messy as renovations were being finished. there was an issue with the parking lot from the week prior. the pool water was green so we’re not sure if the chlorine levels were correct.

our room was like a furnace! it was 100° outside and probably 80° in our room! We actually brought in an oscillating fan to help cool it down. The man at the front desk offered to move us, but that was not convenient. kids were sleeping and everyone else in pajamas. We were up off and on all night due to it being so warm. it was unpleasant.
