The first room we were assigned had a terrible smell that seemed to be coming from the room next door. We were moved to another room that had a steady leak from the bathtub and was disturbing at night..

The staff was great and we loved the breakfast. Antoinette, who works with the breakfast staff and Mr. White was the best and did an excellent job of making our stay extra amazing.

The breakfast was very nice. My evaluation of the hotel; it was obvious the hotel was very nice when it first opened, but I noticed signs of lack of maintenance for such a nice building, the elevator was not clean, our room had a water leak as a result of the air conditioner condensation line being blocked, our toilet seat was not secure. Again, small things that left unattended will become the norm and the building will fall into decay.

The room next to us was extremely noisy. Had rap music playing loud and kids were screaming and parents screaming at kids. I also didn’t get the room I paid for. I booked a king suite, instead I received a queen suite.

I have to travel several times a year & the rates really increase from my Han stay($189) to over $350 fir the May stay fir the exact same room. also the omelet station is my favorite but my last experience was nit good. no one was staffing it when I came down & by the time they arrived, it was too late to get one. then the person was rude as well!

Our room was good, but the wallpaper wasn't put on right and you could see the adhesive all over the wall. There was also something on the other wall. It looked like the contractor did a rush job. The room is a good size . The couch Looked great and is functional because it can be used as a sofa bed, but it also has a trundle pull out. If you need something firm, this is for you, if not, just sit on the bed. Overall, this will be a go-to for future quick trips. It always helps when your room is clean, has the linens, and extra toiletries.

The hotel is nice. The breakfast, pool, and gym were great. The staff was friendly. The hallways smelled fresh.

The queen beds were very uncomfortable. Both were slantes toward the headboard and it was hard to sleep like that. We wish there was more light in the room as well. Though there was an omelette bar for breakfast, it didn't stay open for all of breakfast... but rather closed an hour earlier both days we stayed.

Good location, right off the highway and easy drive to Virginia Beach. The day bed/ pull out bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The room was spacious as well.

The breakfast staff were extremely rude with very bad attitudes. I left a piece of toast in the toaster while I went to get my plate of food. It was thrown away and in an extremely hateful manner I was told, "if it's unattended, it gets thrown in the trash". Then one worker told someone they should say excuse me. Then the next day, my husband asked for a spoon and got another rude remark. Also, we got no housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed even though it was requested at check in. I had to constantly call the front desk for fresh towels, toliet paper, and trash bags. Lastly, our refrigerator and TV didn't work for over 24 hours into our stay. We got assistance (from Rich, who was extremely nice). Overall, disappointed in service, but happy with room and indoor pool.

The room was large with separate living room, bedroom, and tiny kitchen area. Also had a sofa trundle bed. The breakfast food was good. The indoor pool was also nice.

Didn't have pancakes or waffles, but that's just a preference. Children, loud guests running up and down the hall all night longs, lots of arguing and profanity. Bed was sort of hard.

I didn't like the surprise deposit I wasn't told about when I booked the room. I didn't like how it was almost impossible to get clean towels. We had to clean the room ourselves bc housekeeping never came. For the money I paid for the room there shouldn't have been a surprise deposit on top of it and we should have had clean towels the whole time. Also the air conditioner in the room didn't work very good and the room wouldn't stay very cool. Also there was only one small tv in the room. In the whole room there was only one plug by the bed and one by the bathroom and one in the kitchen area. There should have been more plug ins beside the beds. We had to unplug the light and clock just to charge our phones.

I liked how friendly the staff were especially at the front desk and I liked the breakfast

Room smelt bad. Ac did not work. Phone didnt work. Wall paper peeling, carpet was nasty. I believe thats where the horrid room smell came from.bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Wouldnt stay again

Breakfast staff was great friendly and helpful. Lovely people. Check in staff was a bit off. Not your typical friendly front desk agent. Room was a nice size. Plenty of room

The person checking us in was rude and acted very put out to help check us in She was very unprofessional in attitude and appearance.
