The fact that in the afternoon when i checked in, the hot water/coffee station was all cold or drained.. When hotels keeps these up even in the afternoon, it makes for exceptional service!

The bathroom have the sliding barn doors. I know the take less space but does not give you privacy. Other than that everything worked great.

Easy check in and check out. It had a breakfast that opened early which helped us since we left really early.

Because of the street it was a bit loud in the morning. Breakfast didnt have enough options (no toast, no veggies) and we were quite shocked that they use plastic cutlery for one time use only and all garbage goes to the same bin. Not eco at all.

Very nice and big room. Super comfortable bed. Shower and toilet are separated. Everything was really clean. Staff was super friendly and they gave us all info we needed (when and where is breakfast, when is check out time...).

It would be nice if there were more places to hang towels. There really wasn't anything to complain about.

Breakfast was great. They eggs were some of the best I have had on a Hotel breakfast bar. I really like the little cards by the oatmeal that showed how you could make healthy or indulgent oatmeal, granola, yoghurt. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the separate toilet room. And I appreciated the different mirrors. Sometimes you want to get ready outside of the bathroom when you are sharing a room, but there isn't a mirror near a plug. This hotel room had at least 4 mirrors near plugs.

we stayed there for 3 nights. we asked to clean the room the first day. housekeeping said there is no cleaning schedule for today. and I waited to see when my room was cleaned while I was there. But still no one to clean. I did not feel comfortable sleeping 3 nights there.

TV wasn’t functioning properly, screen was twitching. notified management and a maintenance worker tried to fix it. determined the TV itself was the problem, not the connection. wasn’t replaced while we were there.
