Do NOT book if you’re wanting a place to swim. Very disappointed in the pool, we booked this hotel so our kids could swim and they got a total of 10 min in our 2 night stay because the chlorine in the pool is so overpowering and toxic. You can smell the chlorine all through the lobby and hall on the bottom floor but as soon as you walk into the pool room the chlorine is SO overpowering. I didn’t even get in the pool and my eyes were irritated just from being in the room the short time that my kids swam. My husband and kids couldn’t stop coughing. Not healthy.

Our room was clean and spacious. We liked that the shower and toilet were separate. The pullout bed was handy for our family. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t notice much road noise from our bottom floor room that was facing the main road. Easy 25-30 min drive to Leavenworth.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was clean and loved having the toilet and shower in separate areas which is very helpful when traveling with more than one person. The warm cookies were a hit with my children. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was fresh and hot.

My shower was broken and my coffee maker was dirty. I was also told dogs were not allowed at this hotel. So I boarded my dog before I came. Just to find out dogs are allowed. Their were dogs everywhere and my pull out couch had dog hair on it.

I loved the size of the room. I also loved the pull out couch that was great for the kids. It was a beautiful room all around. And the hotel was very accommodating keeping us all together.

The pool was cold! We could barely stand being in the pool room because our eyes and lungs were burning from too much chlorine. That was a bummer for the kids! The beds weren’t the most comfortable either, but there have been worse!

The staff was so friendly! They went out of their way to accommodate my family. We also appreciated this facility having a larger room for our family of 6.

The suite was very enjoyable. In particular, the couch/hide a bed was very comfortable to sit on to watch TV. The bed was great. Having a separate bathroom and shower room was very convenient. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the location and felt it was close to the things we needed access to.

We stayed for a week. At check-in, we requested stayover service for every other day, however in the 7 nights we stayed, we did not recieve service one time. Even after requesting it on two separate days. All we wanted was our trash removed...

Rooms facing the main street were just a little bit noisy but not annoying.

The noise

There was a monotonous noise in our room. We couldn't sleep well. We even had to buy earplugs. It would be nice if the breakfast was a little different every day.

The parking was very limited. I have an infant and did not feel comfortable parking back in the back of the hotel by the road.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room was great, loved the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower vs the little bottles most places have now. Bed was super comfortable as well. We will be back

We had some problem at check in because we use Booking.com and the reservation seemed to have a long time delay. We werre pretty disappointed that even though the Hotel said they had several open rooms, they would not let us check into the hotel, even when showing them the Booking.com confirmed reservation. we ended up checking in for one night just so we didn't need to sit in the lobby doing nothing. The front desk staff could not make simple decisions too allow us to check in and that was very frustrating. They seemed ohm with letting us sit in the lobby calling Bokking.com to get the issue solved. This almost spoiled us on ever returning to the hotel. Us sitting in the lobby with Booking.com reservation in hand, the hotel having plenty of open rooms and not letting us check in. local employees need to have more decision and problem solving authority

For Wenatchee, This is our preferred hotel, rooms are clean and not dated. love the quartz countertops and decor, its great

Breakfast was nothing special. Other than that, I was very pleased with my entire experience. Would stay here again. Nothing to add.

Room was quiet, clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable which is really the most important thing for me. I got a good night's sleep! There was a great Italian restaurant across the street, highly recommended.
