The fact that half of the hotel was under renovation so we missed out on a lot.

when I booked room stated free breakfast but we had to pay. construction outside window was dislikeable. comfort on bed was so worn instead of fluffy it had hard balls of cotton. ice room smelled. we had no paper cups in room.one elevator was down. this hotel bore the name Hilton which was one of the reasons I booked there.

The floor elevator area was hard to get in and out of with the heavy push open door. The walkways were wet and looked slippery. The room door was also very heavy to open.

The registration staff was very helpful, and helped get two connected rooms that met our needs.

The room needed some repairs to the drywall and bathroom tiles. The room could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floors and the bathroom needs a good scrub. Needs a sign in the room with a map for the ice machine. I was informed of a remodel happening this winter, so hopefully they get the upgrades they need.

This location is great for me and my fur babies! The staff are always friendly. The dogs have their own designated potty area. The restaurant is good as well. Has beach access. Room was a good size.

I had to change my initial room due to a bug problem but when I called the front desk about it, there was no issue in changing rooms. The carpet did have stains on it and it is a little dated but hopefully with the renovations coming in the fall, this would be taken care of.

I always love oceanfront properties but this resort tops it! Upon arrival I was greeted and promptly directed to check in. Checking in was a breeze! I was able to get a room on a higher floor upon request. A lot of things to do surrounding the hotel. It is right by the airport so if that sound of planes landing/taking off bothers you then I wouldn’t recommend. But other than that, I will plan to stay again.

Water pressure in the sink was awful. Cracks in the shower and bathroom. Fridge froze everything we put in it. Phone didn't work in the room to call desk. Airport was close by (I didn't realize before booking) so it was SO loud all day.

Bathroom set up is a little weird…sink was not in the bathroom it was out by the bed. But not really a big deal. The food was ok nothing great which was ok because we didn’t stay and eat at the hotel all the time. It was convenient but went out to try other places.

It was very easy access to the beach and pier. Which was my main reason for visiting Myrtle beach…for the beach!

Needs some updating. Our carpet in the room had huge stains, the couch sunk when you sat on it, bathroom seem dated. Would expect better from Hilton and what you pay for the rooms.

Location. It wasn’t overcrowded on the beach. Property has a lot to offer as far as pools and other amenities.
