One of the elevators had an issue as well as my TV, things, that could happen at any hotel. These did not bother me, as the other elevator was working and I was assisted with TV by front desk. I would definitely stay again!

This was by far one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The bathroom actually shined, I had to personally compliment the housekeeping staff. Front desk people were also incredibly helpful and nice. The bed was comfortable, neither too soft or too hard. The location was great for me and easy to get to a family members as well as walking the area.

Very noisy, could hear other rooms' and hallways conversations.

One of the cheapest hotels we could find for 1 night, really close to Times Square and it was a very good value for money compared to other hotels in Manhattan.

The century-old heater was making super loud noise at midnight that at first I thought the room was haunted. Lack of basic amenities such as kettle (to make hot water) or a cooler (to store some leftovers)

No heating in room or bathroom (we went in March).

Location first but also proper reception team and lounge area downstairs - helps with recharge of batteries, getting ready for next day and help if needed - the team there booked us a taxi for the airport.

Looks like plumbing is old, there was some noise first night we stayed. Easy to hear other guests in other rooms or in corridors however people were not too loud. Outdated hotel with no rooftop view or coffee/water machines. The room i stayed in though was renovated which was nice.

Amazing location if you want to be near times square. Close to the hustle bustle but on a side street where its not crazy and crowded. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I was happy with what i paid vs what i got.

You get what you pay for (in a good way). It’s super cheap compared to others in the area so it is a bit dated, very loud squeaky bed, not the comfiest mattress, had to turn the shower on and let it run for a good 5 minutes before it warmed up but that was hot/great. We would definitely stay again, great price for a great location and those few negatives are worth it for us for the saving.

Great location!! 1 minute walk from Times Square, 5 minutes to Broadway, 10 minutes walk to Rockefeller. 2 minutes from nearest subway station. recommend for being so central it made it a lot easier and saved us so much time! Clean room, nice staff, very quiet for such a central location (we were in 10th floor ).

The bed was very creaky, and the door was thin, so we could hear everyone passing in the hallway. There weren‘t many other guests, so it was okay.

Great location a few minutes from Times Square. Very clean room. No city noise since our room faced the courtyard. Friendly staff. Shared sofa room in the lobby area.

There was a window, but kept the blinds drawn, as there was just a brick wall outside. I stayed in two rooms (separate bookings), the radiator could be turned off in the first, but no control over heating in the second. Room fairly basic, but had everything.

Location superb, right in the centre, Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice bathroom with a good shower.

The noise because the door was not ermetic closed and something I heard the noise from other rooms or hall but they helped me and they gave me another room at a superior floor. Also I wish I had understand for an early check in but I had to pay 50 euro because I arrived in the morning.

Nothing, would recommend and would stay again if in New York

Brilliant location in middle of New York, 2min walk to Times Square, easy walk to subway, surprisingly quiet for the location, huge amounts off food options within walking distance, short walk for broadway shows, great Irish pub next door, friendly and helpful staff, give some great tips for visiting New York, WIFI worked well. Its not a 5 star luxury hotel, bit old and dated but has great charm, is comfortable, secure and quiet and for the location and price this place is brilliant value.

The room had been renovated and was very clean. There was a bed, nightstand, bureau with mirror, box of kleenex and an appox. 30 inch TV on the wall. There was a view of a brick wall out the window with a ledge full of pigeons. The pigeons start very early in the morning. The bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries. There was a nice shower in an older tub. I would call this a very basic 176 square foot room in a fantastic location. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The hallways are narrow and the noise from guests is quite evident out your door. The elevator is old but works very well.

My husband was in Mount Sinai Hospital. I chose this hotel because of the location and the cost was under $400/night. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I loved the histrionic nature of the lobby and neighborhood.
