We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI thought I was in a 1950s motel with minor modifications. The room was nowhere near what the pictures on Expedia showed. I should say the pictures belied a clean fresh look which was not evident in the room.
The location was fine. The staff was very helpful polite and nice.

United States of America* Sheets on one bed were not clean, looked like old, dried mud stains on it * Walls were also not cleaned, muddy/yellowish marks on walls * Used washcloth/hand towel hanging on top of shower curtain * Shower curtain had dirty, muddy moldy stains on it, very unsanitary * For unknown reason, light bulbs were not screwed into (lamp) sockets, we thought the lights didn't work at first but tightened them in and they worked but was shimmery/shakey * A couple of the (clean/folded) towels had moldy stains on them * Two roaches were seen crawling on floor as soon as the lights were dimmed, we stepped on them and threw them in the trashcan * We wiped everything down with sanitized wipes, including remote control, lamps, tables, toilet, shower/bath, refrigerator, counter tops and chairs * Found dead roaches in (between) blankets, so just slept on top of cover blanket * Paid too much for this unsanitary room

United States of AmericaVery smelly chemical smell, everything was worn, spotted and shiny. I didn’t want to sit anywhere or use the room. The bed was ok and the sheets were clean, although there were big pink spots on the white sheets. This is a very worn out, well used motel with original 1950’s tile, and few updates to anything. The internet wasn’t good enough to stream anything. At a rate of $119/night I felt I was getting a $50/night motel room.
Good location. The air conditioning worked and there was water.

United States of AmericaI was double charged for a one night stay. When I called to bring the error to their attention, the man who answered said he would have his brother call me. No one returned my call. I had to dispute the charge via my bank. I had arrived after dark and I could tell the hotel was not of high quality but in the daylight I was surprised to see how poorly up kept the building was. Pretty upsetting to know I stayed someplace like that while traveling alone. When I went to bed, I pulled the blanket back to find mold/mildew stains on the sheets. The tub was old and chipped. The room had a musty smell. The ice maker was completely covered with mold. I can't tell you about the ice but if the machine looked that bad on the outside, the inside couldn't be much better. For the rate they charge, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

United States of AmericaLinens had burn holes in them; towels and wash clothes had deep stains in them. Refrigerator was turned on by the light switch and there was another light switch that the guest would need to turn on to get hot water for shower. Could not turn tv on or off with the remote, but instead had to turn tv on by switch on back of the tv affixed to the wall. The front clerk and repair person were very friendly. Coffee make was supplied to the room, but there was nothing to drink it out of. Room's carpet looked like it had not been cleaned for days. Did not find any bedbugs, thank goodness. Building is run down, and had I not been so tired, I would not have stayed here.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom walls were covered with mildew. The shower curtain had something on it that may have been fecal material. There was only one washrag in the room for 2 people for 2 nights. The smell was so bad I couldn't sleep well, woke up with a migraine and couldn't stay a second night. They wouldn't refund me for the second night, but I/we just couldn't stay there any longer and had to find another place to stay and pay for that. Also, it was pretty noisy at night (downtown noise as well as HO motel noise! This place was NASTY!
