The restricted check in times and the fact you cannot bring anyone to your room. We had many friends in town and it felt a bit awkward you can't even go to the room with them and have a drink.

Great small hotel with large rooms. Little kitchen was a great bonus. Gate was locked at night so it seemed pretty safe. Beds were very comfortable.

Too many rules in the building -some of them absurd: they don't allow visitors and they charge you a $60 fee if someone wants to visit. The building and the elevator are old.

Personeel at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly. The room and the bathroom were big and spacious, clean and tidy, lots of natural light. Very comfortable beds.

The fact that they don’t have any areas to rest, a little deck or social area should be amazing. Elevator feels a little old.

The office opens at 3pm so we could not check in early. Prior to my trip, I emailed, called and left a message, asked booking.com to email and attempted to contact them on Whatsapp in an attempt to see if an early check in was possible. I was never able to get in touch with anyone. Unfortunately, the smoke detector started beeping at 12 midnight the first night, it was fixed that day. They also requested that all toilet paper go in the trash and not the toilet to keep the toilet from getting clogged.

Great location, Ocean Drive was a block away. Quick response from the correct Whatsapp account after check in. Blas was great. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave came in handy.

Most of all we appreciate the staff, the spacious and cleanliness of the room. Although there's no parking we were still able to park in the parking garage. Everything we needed was right here on this strip. 2 Coffee places right across the street with delicious and healthy items choices. We rented a sling shot car from the strip and the whole trip was amazing and much needed. Beach is in walking distance too. This hotel is in the best area. 💥💥💥💥💥

Nothing, what’s not to like?

Stardust Hotel provides basic amenities including a fridge and microwave, which a lot of hotels in Miami Beach do not. The room was spacious comfortable and stylish in a minimalist way. Also rooms were cleaned every day. The proprietors Blas and Suzie were really friendly and welcoming. They provided a lot of useful information about places to go in Miami Beach and the city, and were keen for their guests to be comfortable and happy.

The hotel is located in a great location - close to the beach, close to many restaurants and shops. It was quiet at night, with no extraneous noise. In general, the room was comfortable, with everything you needed. Very kind and friendly staff!

I frequently travel to Miami for business and I always choose to stay at Stardust hotel. Great location. Rooms are big, nice, clean and fully equipped. Staff is very good, accomodating and always helpful. It is always the best value for the price I pay.

My only complaint was that the floor was a bit dirty, but nothing I couldn't handle.

The staff were exceptional. Susie was especially accommodating and friendly, it made our stay that much better. The room was spacious as they were previously apartments, and included large closets, and kitchenette.

The receptionist is not always there which makes it a bit difficult to inquire about last minute things, but otherwise Blaz was fantastic.

Loved how quiet it was for being in the heart of South Beach. The entire staff were very friendly. Huge space to enjoy with excellent air conditioning during the hours where it was too hot to be outside.
