The rooms are a little worn down and our tvs didn’t work. Also there were men smoking and drinking until 2am in the courtyard outside of our room.

Couldn’t find a luggage cart when leaving so may have only had one? Bathroom floor looked like it had been repaired and tile was uneven.

What I expected. Had breakfast choices out early in the morning when we left.

Pull out bed is uncomfortable. Sink in the open is obnoxious! Hate that! The breakfast attendant was very nice but may have needed more help. Plates ran out and napkins for too long. Decaf coffee was cold both mornings. Maintenance seems to need to do better at communicating with front desk.

Suite with a separate room was nice. The breakfast buffet selection was good.

I loved the spaciousness of the room and the kitchen unit/ living room. Perfect for families. The overall value, cleanliness, and aesthetics for the price is unbeatable. The breakfast was also very decent. The staff was more than pleasant, they were delightful!

The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub/shower was pretty bad (damaged). The bottom was all scratched up and could be fixed by at least covering it with some plastic shower mats instead of leaving it exposed.

It was easy to check in and everything as expected. There were multiple access points to the hotel, which was good considering the parking really filled up. And the coffee was ready before the technical breakfast time.

The nightlight in the bathroom does not have n off button and that was frustrating. I finally figured out I could push the test button (it’s part of the outlet) and the outlet shut off turning the nightlight off. Also, the pullout bed was a great option and we needed it but there were no extra blankets. When we asked for one, we got a thin coverlet instead and we were told that there weren’t any more blankets.

The staff were ok very nice and the rooms were clean.

After I checked in the hotel manager told me the water was going to be off for a few hours during my stay. Was a little upset about this . She told me I could cancel my reservation which kind of made me feel not welcomed. Other then that the stay was good . The water never got shut off , so it turned out very good. Loved the BBQ area they provided. Id stay here again. Check out was very quick .

I'm a person with color to my skin and noticed that the front desk staff offered more information about the facilities offered by the establishment to the more fair skinned individuals that preceded and followed me. Actually, I was just given check-out time.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Check-in was quick and easy. Excellent location to local shops and eateries.

I did have to ask for the whipped cream for my waffles this time.. she just forgot to put it out or it had been used up. The soft drink machine needs help. On both visits the carbonation/syrup was low.

Breakfast area was clean and fairly well stocked. It's in a nice area off of the lobby with a fireplace.

The front desk staff were amazing! Check in was easy. The front desk lady(sorry didn't get her name) was so nice and welcoming. While checking in, she offered my girls coloring books and crayons and they were so excited. The gentleman who was also there was great as well. Room was very clean and it was nice to have a kitchen since we got in late and had to make some food. It's stocked with the basics.

The customer service they were very rude had to go back twice because the room was not cleaned so had to take my family elsewhere to relax and come back after seven pm once I check in the desk clerk was very rude as If she didn’t want us to be there so ignore her and told my family don’t go out unless I’m with you
