The sitting area was a little tight for this room that accommodates eight people. There were six of us and not enough seating. The couch was broken down, maybe it should be replaced.

The breakfast was good on Monday but the weekend breakfast needs to be improved. The staff were excellent, Friendly.

Too much chlorine was in the pool the day it opened back up after the repairs. The children got a little sick from it.

The breakfast was so good. The staff was super nice and the complimentary cookies never lasted. Lol. Nice and clean and had no issues. Great location. They even have all dove products. Don't even have to bring soap, shampoo, lotion, or conditioner. They got the good stuff. Lol

There was some loud people on our floor and they would come in late at night and just be talking very loud while we were trying to get our daughter to sleep. The restaurant outside our room window has the brightest light ever and I shined right in our room. The hotel must be near a fire station because it was every night and sometimes during the day we would see and hear fire trucks.

The breakfast was great and they had different things every morning. The little kitchen in the room was very handy! The shower and toilet were separate from the bathroom sink which was very nice! The pool was great every time we would go it would only be us in the pool which was good for my daughter.

No complaints at all. We were very happy here. Felt like a home away from home.

Everything was great. The staff was amazing. Even the maintenance guy Walter was great. We added another unplanned night to our stay and they were very accommodating and helpful. The pool was closed but they discounted the bill and made courtesy calls and emailed guests to let them know.

The pillows smelled like a fart. And the bed was well used, so when I lay with my partner, we sink into the middle, which is common for hotel beds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower facilities were great, towels comfortable and LOTS of room. Lots of useful things in the room like a full fridge, microwave, cabinet space and coffee machine. Among other small and helpful amenities.

I was there for a collectors show. I accidentally booked at the other Staybridge in Chattanooga. The staff at both motels were very accommodating in changing my reservation to the downtown Staybridge. Thanks for a great experience.

My favorite part of the property was the hot breakfast bar ! Having a hot meal to enjoy with the kids before we started our busy days touring , walking , and hiking all day was absolutely key ! Getting to sit down and have a real breakfast together instead of the typical complimentary breakfast of granola bars and junk like honey buns was amazing! I will definitely be using Staybridge for future trips just for this reason alone ! The indoor pool is the other main reason we chose this property and it didn’t disappoint either ! The first couple days were gloomy and rainy and the pool was great for that reason alone !

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was amazing! So comfortable. The whole room was so clean as well. I loved that it had good quality dove products in the bathroom which are my favorite. Nice kitchen. Very quiet the whole time we was there. Didn’t have a chance to try out the breakfast but it looked like it had a lot of good options. The staff was very nice. Quick check in and check out. We will be back very soon with our children. Very happy with our stay!

Everything was pretty nice except that there were hairs in between my sheets, hair stuck to the bathtub wall and the tub had a drip that was a bit annoying.

The location was wonderful and the breakfast was good. Whipped cream for the strawberries would have put it a 10 out of 10. I loved our suite, it was really quite nice.

Nothing wrong with property, and the rate was very reasonable until all the added fees doubled my total cost.

Loved the suite, the free use of laundry room and workout and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good.
